Never had such demanding and rude guest before.
They booked my apartment from Monday to Friday, but afterwards asks if they can book the sunday as well as they will arrive in Copenhagen earlier than expected. My apartment was not available so I recommended a hotel for that night.
Next day they check-in and start complaining on lack of towels.
After a couple of hours they complained that the shower was too hot for their sun to take a bath.
I've told them respectfully that my family shower here everyday and all Airbnb guests in all ages never had made one single complaint about this, but if there's an issue, I will try and fix it. She demanded that this should be fixed tomorrow early morning (the clock as 11 at night at this time) and I promised to do my best to make this.
When I woke up next morning I had an mail from AirBnB stating that they want to cancel their whole reservation. She has now stated that she couldn't use the shower as well..
I talked to Airbnb and they (of course) agree with me, and she end up paying for half of the reservation anyway. Only because I agreed on making a fair deal.
And because I suspected that the guests were staying at a hotel on Sunday and they would rather like to be staying there and was deliberalty trying to find an error with the apartment.
Then I come home to find 6(!) used towels which I think is many towels for only 1 person being able to shower.
