Suzy's place was a short walk from Dufferin station, not taking too long to get into the centre of the city with great restaurants and shops nearby.
The place wasn't enormous - there are certainly other properties available that are larger and for less in the city - however the place was very cosy and felt very homely. The addition of a washer and dryer was a fantastic perk, and made life a whole lot easier!
The only real issue we kept encountering was how sensitive the fire alarm was - bringing fries out of the oven to flip over, for example, would trigger it. It was sometimes sensitive to the toaster finishing toasting bread as well. It certainly does its job, and I'm sure this is an easy fix.
The ceiling is a little low in some places, which wasn't a huge problem for us. Anyone over 6ft may have to crane their neck a little.
There's not a whole lot to say that's bad about the place - it was a nice place to come back to after work every evening. Suzy was an excellent host with great communication - she would always reply within a couple of hours to any queries we had.
I would definitely recommend the place to anyone. It served us extremely well over the month we were there, and we have become extremely fond of the area. Thanks so much Suzy!
