A fantastic, two-bedroom apartment in the upmarket Manor Chare development. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with designer touches throughout and quality fittings and decor. This is a lovely, relaxing, sophisticated apartment, ideal for people wanting easy access both to the excitement of the quayside and the shopping and clubs of the city centre.

Situated in Trinity Square - a quiet, sunny oasis of calm on the bustling quayside - the apartment is only a minute's walk to the Newcastle quayside but also very close to the city centre. Arguably the best restaurant in Newcastle (Cafe 21) is literally a stone's throw from the apartment as are numerous other great restaurants and bars. Uniquely, however, the clubs, shopping, theatre and buzz of Newcastle city centre are also only a few minutes walk.

The apartment has two bedrooms, lovely designer bathrooms (one en-suite), covered secure parking and a huge communal kitchen/lounge area with a Juliette balcony overlooking trees and a quiet courtyard.

The large, comfortable lounge opens onto the balcony, and has a large flatscreen TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, free wireless broadband. plus a dining table with seating for six people. The big kitchen area at the end of the lounge has a breakfast bar, all the utensils and equipment you could want plus plenty of space for socialising and chatting while the meals are cooked. The whole kitchen/lounge area is great for socialising with more than enough space for people to comfortably relax.

The balcony overlooks a quiet, leafy courtyard and being south-facing opens up the lounge to the sunshine.

The kitchen has a separate oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer plus dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, washing up liquid etc is all provided.

A free, secure, allocated, covered parking space is available in the basement of the Manor Chare apartment block. A lift from the parking area goes up to the apartment.

The apartment comes with many small items that make a stay enjoyable and hassle-free, such as a hair-dryer, ironing board and iron, free tea and coffee, secure entry to the building, on-call maintenance for any problems, extra towels/bedding if required, high chair and travel cot. In fact if there is anything you want us to do or put in the apartment, please tell us when you book and I'm sure we can accommodate you.

The apartment and parking bay are accessible to wheelchairs.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Essentially the apartment is yours to enjoy for the period of your stay.

At whatever time, I will meet you on arrival to show you round the apartment, answer any questions you may have and help you settle-in. During your stay I am contactable for any problems or questions you might have.

This apartment is situated in one of the best locations in Newcastle. The Newcastle quayside is justifiably famous. From the wonderful river and its iconic bridges, the amazing Sage Music Centre and Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art to the top class restaurants and exciting bars and clubs the quayside has something for everyone and is a must-see on any visit to Newcastle.

Newcastle city centre with its shopping and wonderful night-life is also a great place to visit during your stay. And the walk up from the quayside along one of the most famous and beautiful streets in Europe - Grey Street - is unmissable too.

From its industrial past Newcastle-upon-Tyne has matured into a spectacular and elegant city with a world class cultural reputation, a fabulous and vibrant quayside, and a fondness for partying. Factor in some of the most beautiful and unspoilt scenery in the country only a short journey out of Newcastle, including Hadrian's Wall, a world heritage site, top class shopping, theatre and restaurants plus the world famous Tyne Bridge and you have a thriving modern city in touch with its past but looking to the future confidently.

Newcastle Central Station is only a short walk from the apartment and is a gateway to Newcastle's suburban Metro system as well as trains further afield to destinations such as Edinburgh, York and Durham. Taxis are also plentiful at the station, although a contact list is in the apartment. Newcastle is a compact city and most things in the centre can be accessed quickly by walking from the apartment.

The regular quayside bus service, only a minute or so from the apartment, is the easy way to get around and will take you to the city centre quickly and easily.

The apartment and parking area are both accessible to wheelchairs

Had a super stay here as I was in town with friends for a day at the ground and just hanging out for the weekend. Fully equipped apartment and everything in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this apartment

The flat was amazing. Very clean and large. Beds very comfortable and 2 bathrooms made it very convenient. It was a great location to all the activities we wanted to explore. Would highly recommend this flat. Tracey was very helpful with communication and directions.

Really lovely apartment conveniently close to the Quayside and city centre, but in a quiet location better suited to us 50-somethings - even a handy Tesco on the doorstep! Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Tracey was extremely helpful and answered all our pre-visit queries promptly, and even though her colleague Mark was slightly delayed in meeting us on arrival, he talked us through the access procedures on the phone so that we could get in straight away. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

We were welcomed by Mark who arrived perfectly in time and had a very uncomplicated introduction and key handover. Communication throughout our stay was perfect, via messages, and we got answered all the upcoming questions immediately. The apartment ist nicely situated close to the quayside and only few minutes walk from the centre with all the shopping, bars and sightseeing spots. Would recommend apartment no. 10 to anyone who travels in a group of 4 to 6 people for a visit in the Newcastle area.
