Our 2 bedroom condo is in an amazing location. You are right on Main Street and a very short walk to the Gondola, Grocery Store, and Liquor Store! You can also walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The condo faces the mountain with great mountain views and we have a grill and seating on the deck to take advantage of the afternoon sunshine. No need for a car in this central location. However, if you do decide to drive, there is parking for one vehicle (2nd parking spot available upon request for a small additional charge).
Our condo is recently refurnished with a new couch, new linens, and a new grill on balcony. Televisions in each room, WiFi, Cable, laundry, dining room table, and fully equipped kitchen. We also just put a brand new mattress in the master bedroom in May, 2017!!!!!
When you rent our condo you're renting the whole space, not sharing it with anyone else. Linens (sheets, towels, blankets) are always included and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, spices, oil, coffee, and tea. Also, stocked with condiments in the fridge.
No pets allowed (association rules) and please NO smoking!

Families are welcome at this location, however we do not have infant/kid amenities such as a pack-n-play, high chair, etc. The condo is also not child-proof
This condo is in the heart of downtown, meaning it can get a bit noisy with traffic when town is busy. We recommend closing the windows in the evening due to this fact.
Please note that parking is VERY strict! Make sure to park in your designated spot only and please be respectful of other people’s parking spots. Parking spots are small and we do not recommend large/extended vehicles. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us!
We have had a few inquiries on the fireplace that is in our photos. The reason we do not advertise a fireplace is because this is a "fake" electric fireplace. That's right. it's not real fire! It gives nice ambiance, but it's not a real fireplace.
Please note that this is an older building that has the quirks that an older building may have. We have remodeled the inside of our unit, but the exterior of the building has not been remodeled, so please take that into consideration when booking.
No Pets: There are absolutely no pets here. These are the association rules

My husband and I have lived in Breckenridge for around 15 years. We absolutely love our town and are excited to finally be able to share our home with others. I am an accountant and my husband is a builder in town.
We have two listings on Airbnb. One is our 2-bedroom condo where we lived for 10 years. The other is a portion of the downstairs area of our newly built home. My husband and I were fortunate enough to build our dream house this past year and are excited to be able to share this space! If you want more of a "local" experience, we suggest staying with us in our newly built home. However, if location is what you're after, please check out our condo. It's in the heart of downtown and in walking distance to everything!
When we aren't home, we are usually outdoors hiking, rafting, skiing, mountain biking, or exploring new places! Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions about Colorado.
