Our homes are only to be used for residential purposes only. Please review the “Fee/Fine Schedule Addendum” below for the policies and fine amounts. The following policies are in effect at all VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS properties. Fines, fees or other penalties will apply and will be strictly enforced due to failure of these rules.

Vacation Resort Solutions , LLC. (“Rental Management”), and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult (25 years of age or older) and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories, and as a result they would have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys or codes will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

· NO PETS are allowed in any property without written consent and full payment of applicable pet fee.

· SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all properties, indoors or out, at ALL time. Fines will be assessed. · Illegal substances and underage drinking are against the law and are prohibited. Proper authorities will be contacted.

· Please do not disturb the neighbors. Loud noise and access to back yards and hot tubs is prohibited after 10:00 pm.

· No additional overnight guests are allowed. Prior to check-in, VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS must receive an updated Occupants List, if different from that received at time of reservation.

· A $50 FEE PER PERSON PER NIGHT FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS NOT THAT EXCEED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE. · No large gatherings such as, but not limited to: (5 or more additional guests), receptions, luncheons, events, weddings, etc. are allowed without expressed written consent from VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS.

· STREET PARKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL PROPERTIES AND AT ALL TIMES. Vehicles parked in the street WILL be towed at Tenant’s expense. · 4 cars maximum per property Parking is limited to garages and drive ways ONLY. · No RVs, boats, trailers, or campers may be parked at the properties without advanced written consent.

· Upon checkout, all doors and windows must be securely locked, with the exception of the interior garage door. Keys and garage door openers must be left on kitchen counter. · Trash cans must be put out and returned on the appropriate day and time. Times are posted on the fridge and in guest book. · VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS requires at least one party signing the contract to reside at the property for the entire rental period.

We rented two units in a well appointed complex near a golf course. They had a good variety of accommodations and prices to choose from and both units greatly exceeded our expectations. Brandy replied personally to every inquiry and with very little delay. The check-in/out procedures are well thought out and were easy to follow. Altogether a very relaxing stay.

Very nice townhouse. Kelly and Brandy are very quick to respond to questions. I found the price was a bargain and used the bbq every day. Thanks for the great accommodations!!!

The whole place is setup like a five star hotel. It has everything you possibly need. We really enjoyed staying here and would it again.
