Our Downtown Austin Treehouse at Shoal Creek, is located near some of Austin's best restaurants, shopping areas, University of Texas, Hiking/Walking trails, Pease Park, iconic bars, and much more.
This two story 'Treehouse' is located in Shoal Creek. The house has beautiful views from 2 patio decks that overlook the trees. It is an absolute oasis! We have plenty of seating outside/inside for your enjoyment and relaxation. On our 1st floor, you have a King Size bed with cable TV and internet. There's also a washer/dryer unit, as well as a wet bar with a mini fridge. You have access to all outdoor patio areas, & a private stair case to the shared courtyard.
Our 2nd floor has a full size kitchen that includes, a Mini/Big fridge, oven, sink, & stove top. There is a trundle bed that can turn into a King size bed. Another twin bed is on that top floor as well. Upstairs can sleep a total of 2-4 people, depending on preference. Guests has their own private entrance to the 2nd floor, from the exterior set of stairs that lead into the kitchen. Both the top and bottom floor share a mutual spiral staircase that sits in a hall way in the middle of the house. Easy access to both guest quarters. 2nd floor also has their own deck that can be accessed from the exterior and interior of the house. -It's really great space to share family/friend dinners together!

Guests will have access to TWO parking spots. Both are labeled "Unit C Parking ONLY" Allowed for treehouse guests only.
The "Treehouse" or "Unit C" does sit behind a main home, however, do not fear!- it does have tons of privacy.
