Joel, muito obrigada pelo seu comentário e avaliação. Quanto ao fato dos demais hóspedes dormirem na sala, está bem especificado no anúncio que é um apartamento com apenas 1 quarto e que há 2 sofás camas na sala que permitem acomodação para mais 3 hóspedes, como mostrado nas fotos.

We really enjoyed our stay in Epernay, the flat is very comfortable even with a group of 4 people. It is very well located right in the center of Epernay and can be highly recommended for a visit to the wonderful Champagne area!!
