Peaceful 3rd floor apartment in quiet residential street situated in the vibrant Leith area of the city. No lift.
small but functional includes: gas hob,electric oven,microwave,fridge/freezer, washing machine,kettle,cups,plates,cutlery etc.
Living room:
sofabed,flat screen tv with Amazon Fire TV service & HDMI links, radio, gas fire, blackout blind, small dressing room/storage area for luggage.
Bathroom: electric shower,basin & toilet. Lights automatically turn off after 45mins. If this happens please switch off bathroom light wait 10 mins then switch on again.
Bedroom: double bed, blackout blinds, overlooks communal gardens to the rear of the property.

You can use the whole place except cupboards in the hall which store maintenance equipment.
There is a shared communal garden that you can use for barbeque's etc

I will not always be available to welcome guests. If you have any specific requests I will try to arrange before your arrival.

Supermarket 2 mins walk and numerous independent retailers/boutique stores, international food stores,cafes and bars nearby.
Leith Links, an expansive open greenspace home to Edinburgh Mela Festival, hosts regular circus events, travelling shows and local sporting events 2 mins walk.
Leith's shore area situated on the banks of the Water of Leith is home to a number of Michelin starred restaurants, Ocean Terminal shopping mall & The Royal Yacht Britannia all close by.

Property close to numerous bus routes that will take you anywhere in the city. Including direct service from airport on no.35 bus.

Der Kontakt mit Louise war sehr sympathisch. In der Wohnung lag zusätzlich Infomaterial auf dass wir nutzen konnten. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt super angenehm und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Louise hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen.

Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeberin hatte uns auf Anfrage sogar ein Babybett besorgt. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Lovely apartment in Leith, a great part of Edinburgh. Walking distance to the Shore, with great amenities. Very comfortable stay, would recommend it! Make sure you read the instructions for the heating properly if you are staying in the winter as there is a trick to turning on the gas heating. Very comfortable apartment and extremely clean.

O apto fica em um bairro tranquilo e silencioso, próximo a transporte público, muito fácil de chegar ao centro e pontos turísticos. Também bem próximo ao Tesco supermercados. O apto tem bom custo benefício mas estava um pouco sujo na cozinha e no banheiro, parecia não ter sido usado nos últimos meses.

Louise made us extremely welcome, she was lovely to deal with and gave clear instructions for arrival, she also left a lovely welcoming surprise for us on arrival as she was aware it was my birthday :) I would definitely stay here again, apartment was spotless and had everything you need. Location was great with a bus stop just around the corner that brought you straight from the airport or into town and also shops less than 5mins walk for any essentials. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay in Edinburgh was great! The flat is very spacious and the bed is particularly comfortable.
