After 39+ years with IBM, I'm now retired and enjoying life away from a demanding corporate structure. With my husband, Art, we continually focus on making Harley's Hideaway a place that welcomes our guests and becomes a rental experience that our guests look forward to returning to, year after year. I have lived in this area over 30 years with Art and we truly love the country and what the Hudson Valley offers. Baking and gardening offer many enjoyable hours for me, but as a family - we do appreciate family gatherings, weekend getaways, game nights with our granddaughter, my daughter's gourmet cooking, and engaging in remodeling challenges. Harley's Hideaway was our most recent family renovation project and I'm proud of how it turned out. Our goal was to create a private, fully furnished space that offered our guests the comforts and amenities of home and accentuated the beauty of the Hudson Valley's landscape. Although we've rented to long-term tenants for years, this is our first experience in opening our property to guests seeking short-term accommodations in Northern Dutchess. The Hudson Valley is extraordinary and this area has limited accommodations that are convenient to towns in this part of the county. We look forward to meeting new guests as they explore Stanfordvile and the surrounding area. My hope is that our guests will look forward to coming back to Harley's Hideaway and refer us to their friends.
