A nicely appointed two bedroom with loft townhouse at the Village of Loon. On the entry level you will find a full bathroom and a bedroom with queen size bed and television. Downstairs is the master bedroom suite with queen bed, twin day bed &loft.

A nicely appointed two bedroom with loft townhouse at the Village of Loon. On the entry level you will find a full bathroom and a bedroom with queen size bed and television. Downstairs is the master bedroom suite with queen bed, twin day bed, television and a full attached bath. The stacked washer and dryer are located in this master bath. Above the entry level is the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with air conditioning, gas fireplace and wireless internet. The deck is also accessed from this level. The upper-most level of the townhouse offers the loft with a twin bed, full bed, futon couch and small television.

Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.

Welcome and please enjoy your stay.
When driving up the hill to 66-2 Fox Run Rd. the mountain rising in the background is
Potash Knob; this connects to Whaleback Mountain which rises up behind Village of
Loon as viewed from Loon Mtn..
A few requests.
When cleaning plates of food in the sink please run the disposal - switch (black
toggle) is located on the back splash to the left of the sink as you face the sink -
so the drain remains clear. If not water will back up into the dishwasher.
Fireplace is off during summer.
There are two fans in the front bedroom closet.
Fire extinguisher in Kitchen closet.
Portable air conditioner in living room and please turn it off when you are not there.
Serving tray underneath TV
Cooling Fans are stored in the front bedroom closet.
Light switch for the lower bedroom is behind the mahogany dresser.
To Operate Grill:
1. Remove cover
2. Open valve on gas tank - turn counterclockwise.
3. Open the lid.
4. Push front burner control knob down and turn to start/hi.
5. Push the crossover ignition button several time so it clicks each time.
6. Front burner should light.
7. Turn on back burner and adjust each to desired level.
8. When finished turn both burners off and close the valve on the gas tank - turn
clockwise.
9. Wait until the grill is cool and replace the cover.
10. If a ‘fat fire’ should erupt - very rarely happens - close the grill lid and turn off the
front and back burners. Wait until the fire burns itself out before restarting. There is a
small fire extinguisher in the kitchen closet if needed.
Because of the Metal Roof best Mobile reception is from the deck or outside front.

Amy's place was great. We had plenty of room. It was clean and the check in process was so easy. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the Condo at the village of Loon which is in a great location in the White Mountains. It was also close to shopping such as a grocery store and pharmacy. The Condo village has a number of amenities-swimming pools,tennis court, pool table, playground for small children. The condo itself was very clean,comfortable and well equipped. We were 2 couples, an adult child and a small child and we did not feel crowded. Amy left clear instructions and was available for questions. Only issue we had 2 cars and the parking was tight for 2 cars in the designated space but we were able to fit. Overall a great vacation.

Sorry Cynthia, we weren't clear there are two parking spots one in front of the condo and one at the end of the building, sorry you had to cram.

The condo was just as described, very clean, beautiful, safe area located in a great location in the White Mountains of NH. We didn't want to leave!

Amy was a great host. She was VERY quick to respond to any questions I had about the place and the surrounding area both before our arrival and during. The condo was very clean, plenty of towels and a REALLY well stocked kitchen, more than I would have expected and I like to cook so my tools are important. There was a blender, microwave (of course), can opener, microplane, good knives, wine opener and a couple of deep pots for boiling lobsta! The area was wonderful and lots to do - I had 4 boys with me ranging in ages from 8-14 so lots of activities and food options are important. The facilities had a fun game room with pool tables, and older arcade games, movies to rent, basketball courts, a playground for younger kids (which we really didn't check out but saw from a distance), hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pools with volleyball and basketball nets and tennis courts. LOTS to keep them occupied and that's if we didn't venture off premises. Directly across the street is a fun Adventure Park that is also quite reasonable in price when compared to our local Dorney Park or other Amusement Park prices for a family. All in all, we had a great time!

The condo was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. Amy was very responsive and great to work with. Very easy all around. We go up to the White Mountians a couple of times a year. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Amy again.
