Bed-Stuy, born and raised! My husband, Patrick, and I bought our 100yr old brownstone almost 20 years ago, and have lovingly restored many of the original details. I work as a freelance caterer, and Patrick is an artist and a teacher. As an avid gardener, you'll often see me working in my yard and also involved in beautification projects on our block – which won the "Greenest Bock in Brooklyn" award in 2014!
