Set in this architecturally inspired block of apartments, the space in this split level warehouse style modern apartment is amazing. With a very large master bedroom (with queen sized bed and super comfy mattress), a second bedroom (with queen bed and high quality mattress) open plan living and dining area and an external entertainers atrium style terrace with the best views in Melbourne, a party of 5 or 6 is easily accommodated.
Location wise, you could not be in a better position with the vibrant heart of St Kilda literally at your door step. The apartment, however, is set at the rear of the block so when you are done eating or drinking at one of the many restaurants or bars you can retreat to your secluded oasis away from the noise and bustle of this famous area. The famous Luna Park is only a minutes walk, Albert Park Lake is also a comfortable stroll and the infamous Acland St shopping and cafe district is right at your doorstep.
Don't forget the beach, that too is only a few minutes walk along with many other great attractions. Getting to and from the city is as easy as jumping on one of the many trams along Acland St, Ftzroy St or The Esplanade and you'll be in the city directly in 15 minutes time.

In some cases we are able to meet guests at the property to exchange keys. However, we have some options (secure lock box, cafe option etc) which are much more convenient for guests that allow them to turn up at a time of their choosing after 2pm - we might use one of these methods instead.

SECURE ONSITE PARKING, WIFI & WASHING MACHINE
Check in: Check-in time is from 2pm. Please notify us at least one day prior to your check in day what time and by what mode of transport you will be arriving at the property. Please refer to the key exchange method outlined in our welcome message and dropbox link.
Check out: Check out time is 10am or before. If you plan to leave the property prior to this time, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your checkout what time you will be planning on leaving the property so that we can liase with our cleaners and have them arrive at the property at the appropriate time to collect the keys. Keys must be left INSIDE THE PROPERTY in the cutlery drawer. Ensure that where applicable, in some cases you must remove your car from the parking garage first before returning to the apartment to leave the keys in the cutlery drawer.
Lockboxes: In cases where there was a lock box used for key collection, please ensure that the lockbox is brought inside the property and left on the dining room table for collection at the end of your stay.
Keys: Keys used in this apartment are provided by the owners corporation and only a select number are issued to each apartment. Loss of garage remotes, security FOBS or any key provided to you will result in $150 deduction from your bond per item lost. This is the cost to me to have these items re-issued and lost items cancelled.
Parties: Parties, loud gatherings, large gatherings or disruptive behaviour of any kind are absolutely prohibited. This behaviour will likely affect the relationships we have with neighbours and may affect our ability to host other guests in the future. You agree that, if you hold any type of party, or any loud gathering, in the apartment, even a small party, or a small loud gathering, you will immediately be evicted from the apartment without any entitlement to any refund of any amount paid in respect for your accommodation, including for any period after the date of your eviction.
Consideration of other tenants/residents: In consideration of other tenants/residents, you must not make excessive noise in the apartment or public areas.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. If you smoke in the apartment, you authorise us to deduct from your deposit, $75 to apply towards having the apartment and furnishings deodorised.
Exclusion of liability: We do not control the buildings in which the apartment is located. Accordingly, you agree that we (Complete Host) are in no way liable for any damage caused to you or your goods by a fault with the building, whether the damage is caused in the common area, or in the apartment.
Additional persons: Any additional persons occupying the property above the listed number on your booking are not permitted. If you wish to have another person stay with you during your reservation, you must notify us first as all guests must be registered with the building management for security purposes. Any persons above 2 will incur our standard per night fee of $29.
Pets: Animals of any kind are not permitted. The security deposit will not be refunded upon evidence of pets occupying the premises.
