Interaktion mit Gästen
I interact a lot with my guests especially before their arrival, during their stay I'm discreet but helpful if there is a problem, they can contact me by phone and I will solve it immediately. Sometimes I do check in and check outs, but when I'm in Milano, it does Martina my trusted rappresentative who lives in San Casino and she will welcome you! She is a really nice person. Ah, please, bear in mind that we ask 300 € of security deposit that has to be paid in cash to our representatives; it will be returned on departure less breakages. Moreover the utilities such as water, air cond. internet and wi-fi are 150€ that are already included into the price (in case the consumption of air cond. is higher - we will charge you an additional fee); general cleanings are 100€ per week (to be paid in cash!).
If you stay just 2 nights utilities are included.
The only thing is never included is the heating: 35€ per night.
I love the fact that we are near to a luxury hotel with a really good restaurant where we go quite often. I love the little medieval town of San casciano with market once a week, tasty restaurants and gnammy icecream at bar Turismo. The grocery is just 1 km from home and they also do delivery service. But the most I love except the fact i can do sports, is that I can vist the most unknown researched and beautiful cellars of the Chianti surroundings.
The best way to move in Chianti is with a car, or bike if you love mountain biking.
In our garden there is a lot of space to park.
To avoid that our guests get lost, as soon as they arrive in San Casciano Val di Pesa at the first rotary ( the one with monument with huge metal's sticks) Marta will pick you up and bring to home.
Please treat Sole as it were your house: enjoy it!

Il mondo è un libro, se non viaggi, ne leggerai soltanto una pagina!
I grew up in Prato a medieval tuscan town famous for textile industries; located at just 20 minutes from Florence and 45 minutes from tuscan coast.
I studied architecture at the Florence university and at the universidad politecnica de Valencia. Now i live in Milan for work, but it takes me 90 minutes to reach Florence by train so i come quite often. I love Tuscany, his rolling hills full of nature, the beaches, the historical cities: is really a magical place!
I love music, architecture and good food of course!
I think the most enjoyable thing in life is to meet people, and exchange cultural richness. :) I love to learn new languages, and to experience new places.
Even though my biggest passion is to ski since I was 4 years old.
Well this is what I'm and what i like.
What about you? Are you a good guest? :P
Waiting for your arrival.
