Petra's flat is very well located, very close by walk from the city center, the beach and all commodities. We haven't met Petra during our stay, but we have been welcomed by Petra's father who is very nice.
But we have been very disapointed by the flat itself. We were 4 people, my sister, myself and two young children (9 months and 2 1/2 years old). Our stay has been very unconfortable due to the fact that the flat is totally not adapted for young children, unlike what is mentioned in the flat description. There is a wide staircase without any protection in the entrance, and another one on the terrace. Rooms are small and not very practical (pipes pointing out on the floor, a bed blocking the opening of the door, etc). The bath has no plughole to give a bath to the kids, and the toilets are half under the sink. The kitchen is also small and not very practical: you need to move the chairs to open the fridge, but then it is impossible to open the window.
We were looking forward to enjoying the terrace, but there were mosquitoes all day long. Mosquito nets at least on the windows would be welcome.
Unlike what is written on the flat description, there is no parking slot, and you have to park the car in the sun on the street.
Therefore, I don't recommend the flat for families with young children
