You'll have a lovely stay in this beautiful very Central London contemporary apartment located in wonderful Fitzroy Street in the heart of Fitzrovia (W1T 4BL). Offered in excellent condition, it is fully furnished with everything ready to provide an enjoyable and comfortable trip.

There is a KINGSIZE bed and free wifi access. The sofa also turns into a kingsize bed.

The flat is on an upper level (with lift) and is set out over one floor. It benefits from good natural light. The property is set at the rear of the building (so quiet for sleeping) and overlooks the local landmark, the impressive BT Tower.

The light and bright bedroom (4.1m x 2.9m) has a neutral decor. There is a comfortable kingsize bed, double fitted mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There are full-length white curtains and separate blackout blinds. Linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided.

The living room (3.9m x 2.9m) has large double glazed windows. The room is painted white and has woodstrip flooring. There is a large comfortable sofa that opens to a large double sofabed, flatscreen TV/DVD with freeview, a selection of DVDs and a dining table and chairs.

The living room and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen (2.4m x 2.6m) has plenty of cupboard space and a full range of integrated appliances including microwave, electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The separate fridge and freezer both have good storage space. Kitchen utensils are provided. There is an iron and an ironing board.

The bathroom has a full-sized bath with power shower unit, handbasin, bathroom cabinet, heated towel rail and WC. The floor is tiled and the walls are partially tiled / partially painted.

This is great opportunity to enjoy a smart, attractive property in an wonderful and safe area. The apartment is in a secure, recently renovated, quiet block with 43 flats in Fitzrovia, W1, bordering Fitzroy Square.

The rent is fully inclusive of wifi and all bills (apart from outgoing telephone).

The apartment was great, very Central and just a few minutes walk from the tube station. Apartment was clean, and Liz was very responsive and accommodating to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible.

Good communication, prompt response when I had a question. Roughly 10 mins walk from two tube stations. Self check-in was smooth, and easy to follow instructions. Check-out was easy too. Homely apartment, and clean too. Had everything I needed. Wifi worked fine. No noise from neighbours, and heaters work well. Would be happy to stay again. Thanks Liz :-)

Liz was such a gracious and helpful host for my trip to London. The apartment was clean, the supplies plentiful, and the location perfect. Could not have chosen a better place to to stay in London. Terrific value for the price. I would stay with any property managed by Liz again on a future trip. Could not recommend enough.

Liz was easy to deal with and gave clear instructions on where they keys would be left etc. She also left a detailed pack explaining everything about the flat and places to go, even though as I was there for work I didn't have much time for exploring. Flat location is good as near tube/train stations, with Oxford Stree only a few minutes walk away. Flat was clean and spacious, and bed was very comfortable. I was staying alone but the flat could easily work for 2 or 3 people due to its size. Only negative was noise from outside, but this tended to stop by 10pm and is to be expected given the central location. All in all an ideal place to stay if you are work or exploring in this part of London.

We are Liz and Jack. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our properties. We manage six holiday let properties in Fitzrovia (central London), one in the New Forest and one in Hove (Brighton). We also manage a number of long let properties.

We're lucky enough to be based in Fitzrovia. We know the area well and can thoroughly recommend it for its central location, great transport links (although you'll probably be mostly on foot as tourist London is very walkable!) and wide choice of bars and restaurants. It's a highly desirable neighbourhood with beautiful architecture and interesting streets. People come from all over London to enjoy some Fitzrovia life.

Lymington and Brighton are our favourite getaway locations. We've got some good recommendations to help you enjoy your stay. We're on hand to help with any queries you may have. You'll have a wonderful time in either property.
