Minimal. I work 60 hours a week. I am not always able to respond immediately to messages immediately but I do always respond to text messages within a reasonable time frame.

I have a female fur baby. Her name is Cupcake. This is her home. She was a rescue perra. She is loving, kind, appreciative, laid back and low maintenance, please return the energy.
In general, if you embody her traits then you are a perfect fit as a guest for my home :)
*PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FOR OTHER PEOPLE, THIS IS A SECURITY AND LIABILITY ISSUE. NO MINORS.*
Please note, this is a warm, cozy and loving home, not a hotel. I have AirBnB prices, not hotel prices. I keep nightly prices very low and affordable for your financial benefit. Additionally, weekly guests receive a 10% discount and monthly guests receive a 20% discount. Therefore, there are some limitations with regards to luxury and convenience.
I do not employ a full-time concierge. I have a small business, I work from home and from an office. While it may seem like I am available 24/7, unfortunately, I am not. I am happy to address any requests or concerns you may have, but please keep in mind I may not always be able to address them immediately. Thus, it is best to plan ahead and leave ample time to handle anything you may need (especially with laundry or cooking desires). Additionally, I find internet search engines can often do a better job than me in most cases, and in a more efficient time manner. Moreover, the Guidebook section for my rooms is rather detailed. Many location questions can be easily addressed by reviewing it before your arrival. If you feel you need the assistance of a 24/7 concierge, my humble home may not be the right fit for you.
Please review and PRINT OUT your itinerary after you make the reservation. It includes my cell phone number, the address to my home (which is locatable on internet search engine maps), parking information, and, more importantly, the WiFi name and password. Printing out your itinerary and directions to my home prevents many minor yet avoidable inconveniences when traveling. Many times cell phones lose power, chargers fail and/or internet signals are weak. Being well-prepared is always best.
I can be moderately flexible with check-in and check-out times but I ask that you be respectful of my time and remain within a 15 minute window of the time you told me, and not make too many arrival time changes the day of arrival. If I have to leave after the time window agreed upon and you did not receive your key, you may have to wait until I am available again. Also, I expect a reasonable response time when I contact you on the day of your arrival, for logistic purposes. If you realize you will not arrive during the window agreed upon please be respectful and inform me immediately. Being over thirty minutes late (or early) without a heads up is unacceptable. It is not pleasant to wait for or be surprised by someone without knowing an estimated time of arrival.
Please do not make copies of the key and please return the key when you depart.
You are able to control the temperature in your room with the ceiling fan, the extra blankets I provide and by closing the A/C vent.
Be nice, respectful and considerate: 1) Leave things the way you find them; 2) Clean up after yourself in the shared spaces; 3) Make sure your space is kept tidy; 4) Gentlemen, please keep the toilet seats down. Ladies, please dispose of lady products properly; 5) No excessive noise, this is a Zen home.
Please do not invite visitors into my home without my permission (in general, visitors are not allowed).
If you have an issue or concern, please communicate with me. I am excellent at finding solutions to any issue or concern when I know about it.
I appreciate all feedback and ratings. I ask that when you rate the room please keep in mind the price, approximately $45 per night, and if what I offered was worthy of the nightly price and how it compares to other boarding options in a similar price range. The nightly price includes cost for bedding, furniture, toiletries, electricity, water, gas, sewage, cable and internet fees, maintenance and insurance.
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. I look forward to sharing my home with you. :)

A loving, kind, and giving sausy-mouth Borderellie that loves to travel, learn and be with family. Attened nine higher education institutions in three countries, receiving 2.5 degrees in History until she decided to be a PhD drop out and frolic about El Mundo and her barrio playing with her perra Cupcake, family and words. Her favorite time is 12:34, AM or PM. And her favorite colors are glitter, rainbow and neon. And her earrings are always too big, her clothes too tight and her heels too high for an ordinary vida. She is fluent in Spanglish, the only authentico idioma in her eyes, and she has two German lovers, Heidegger and Hegel, in that order.
