Experience true New York hospitality in downtown Brooklyn, only a brief 15-minute subway train ride to 14th St. Union Square, and 30-minutes to midtown Manhattan. Share a bright and spacious townhouse in trendy Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. My neighborhood is extremely walkable and consists of an eclectic mixture of executives, artists, and other professionals. I am a 27-year resident of Prospect Heights. I purchased my townhouse 16 years ago and it has provided years of comfort and accommodations for my family & friends near and far. This fully furnished 4 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath townhouse is steps to Vanderbilt Avenue and only 2 blocks to Washington Ave. & Flatbush Ave. in either direction. While my tree lined street is quiet, all nearby avenues (mentioned above) offer an eclectic mix of dining establishments to accommodate most dining enthusiasts. There are also grocery and health food markets nearby.
The townhouse is a triplex: ground floor, main floor, and second floor. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The Cozy & Sunny Sage Room faces the rear garden, has a full size double bed, closet, high dresser, and ceiling fan.
Bed linens, blankets, comforters, and towels are provided. Additionally, I offer free domestic calling within the continental US and Puerto Rico.
