On the canals: Charming and sunny designer flat in a historic building in cobbled street.
South-facing balcony overlooking Copenhagen's moats and green ramparts in the romantic district of "Christianshavn".
Designer furniture: Exclusive solid "Dinesen" oak floors. Norwegian "Jensen" luxury beds. Furniture from "HAY" and "Fritz Hansen".
Cool kitchen with "Nespresso" and "Nutri-Bullet".
NO SMOKING FLAT.
Direct metro from airport (only 12 minutes). Canals and trees just outside. A true gem.
One of the most charming and bright flats in Christianshavn with beautiful water views; directly facing Copenhagen's moats and green ramparts. It's south-facing making the flat very bright and sunny. There are no houses directly upper-site so no one look into the flat.
At night you will have a great view of the Copenhagen moats and ramparts, and on some nights the fireworks of the Tivoli Gardens.
The flat was totally renovated with new kitchen, upgraded bathroom with shower, solid (Dinesen) oak floors (!) and cool Scandinavian designer furniture, quality artworks. It's Nordic in style, minimalistic and simple yet tasteful.
Due to "popular demand" from my visitors all windows in this (otherwise very bright and sunny) flat has now (October 2016) been fitted with block-out roller blinds for undisturbed sleep!
The flat has two rooms, a kitchen, a corridor and a bathroom. All three beds are real quality full size beds. One double bed in the main living space is from Norwegian quality makers "Jensen", and one single bed in the separate bedroom is extra long (210 cm x 90). From the small bedroom there is access to a bathroom with a separate "Raindance" shower.
All pillows and duvets are with pure goose down to make sure you will get a good nights sleep.
The flat is also fitted with a Kettler cross-trainer so you may exercise during your stay.
There's a Nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen, but unfortunately George Clooney isn't a part of the inventory :-) Also equipped with a Nutri-Bullet for making delicious (Scandi-style) smoothies.

The flat is on the fourth floor giving you a magnificent view over the Copenhagen moats and the city lights by night - especially in the winter time with less leaves on the trees on the ramparts. Note that hardly any of the historic buildings in Christianshavn have an elevator so this is a great (and free) way to get your daily exercise but not suited for disabled.
No smoking. No pets. No parties (quiet from 10pm until 7am).
Hello, I'm Mathaeus. Studying music at the Music Academy of Copenhagen and renting out this studio flat to make ends meet. I'll take good care of your arrival, make sure the flat is clean and nice, and give you good advice on what to see and experience.
