An amazing authentic old house, with tons of space and a breathtaking view of Sulemaniye. The location is perfect, and the house is newly renovated but still has the old Ottoman feel. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

The apartment was the ideal place to calm down from the hectic of the city. A perfect little courtyard and a really nice refurbished wood house, with a perfect view on suleymaniye mosque. 5 min to the underground, 5 minutes to the grand bazar. I would always recommend the place, as well as Zeynep, a wonderful host, that cared really about us and our stay in Istanbul. It was perfect!

Our stay was perfect. We arrived quite late ( after midnight). We were warmly welcomed. Everything was ready and it felt so cosy. The location is perfect. One footstep away for the mosque ( the view over the city is breathtaking especially at sunset ) and the grand bazaar. It also takes only a handful of minute to go downhill and enjoy the bosphorus. Zeynep checked on us everyday to ensure we had everything needed. I have nothing to add . Beautiful week end trip. Great location , very cute house with ideal view on the mosque. Thank you Zeynep for hosting us !

We thoroughly enjoyed the neighbourhood which was very close to the Suleymaniye mosque and within walking distance downhill to the spice market and to the grand bazaar. The house was comfortable and spacious. It is very close to the mosque so you can hear the call to prayer loudly but we didn't hear it after the 2nd or 3rd night. Zeynep left us 2 Istanbul transport cards which was very handy and we topped up to use the tram (cheaper than buying a token each time).
