The Royal Plantation, is 117 years old. It's been restored back to her Grandeur days of the 1900's. Located in the Middle of the Historic District In DeRidder, LA. 70634.

This B&B is the True South. It's open, Book Now for Events as well! All Events must be approved with Host due to City Permits and regulations with the Alcohol substance, and insurance issues. Any Event held without approval, will be charged a City fine.

2. Timing. For the first time The Royal Plantation BnB is offering a new Independent Senior Individual Living residences.

3. Choice. There has never been a greater facility in the City of DeRidder like The Royal Plantation BnB, for Independent Living residence.

4. Room Size: (20 X 18) Twenty by Eighteen, featuring 12 foot ceilings, covered Balcony, designer-inspired kitchen and baths; in-house washer & dryer, fully furnished with TV and High-Speed Internet access; high-efficiency, climate control. These spacious one-bedrooms, with Den and Private bathrooms, fits every life style.

All Events must be approved by the Host! All Events are priced seperate from housing fees. Events are charged @ $295 an hour, special permits must be obtained from the City of DeRidder, due to the Alcohol substance & Liability Insurance issues. If an Event is held without approval, from the Host there's a fine of $2000.

Nightly rates are based on (1) guest. Additional guest pay $35 per night per person. Up to 8 guest shared rooms, 3 private rooms Queen beds, 1 sofa bed, one airbed.
Guest should clean up after themselves, no maid service. Guest should not wear shoes on the Stairs carpet, or carpeted bedroom areas. Guest must take care of the furniture, hardwood floors, bathrooms, laundry -washer & dryer provided, if guest workers work in the refineries with oil and metals, or Construction, they must take their oil, paint clothing to an outside washer service. All properties have new washers and dryers, this type of dirt and oil will damage and stain, the new appliances in unit. Kitchen must be kept clean and sanitized. The electric stoves, must be cleaned with special cleaner, which is provide in each cabinet above the stove. The refrigerator must be cleaned and wiped out, to eliminate orders. Dishwasher and garbage disposal available as well. Guest must leave the property in the a clean sanitary condition, as when they check in. If any missing furniture, or bedding is involved, plus damages, the Airbnb guest will loose their deposit. Trash day is on Wednesday. Please pull the large blue trash can out very early out to the curb.

No Pets! No Smoking Unit! Limited amount of folks on the upstairs Balcony. Also, weight restriction on the original Antique Bathtub, in the upstairs bathroom, the house is Historic and is 117 years old.


Each Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.

Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.

Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. By accepting the Hosts Pre-Approval, as a guest, they are in agreement to this RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION.

Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility.

Rental Agent reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice, for repairs, and other reasons.

In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement
shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations. If guest has leased for the entire month and leaves a few days early, the Host is not obligated to return funds, due to having missed other guest booking for those days lost, or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement.

No pets live on this property. Amble free parking in front and back of each property. Amenities are not limited. Some bedrooms have 1,2,& 3 beds for family sharing.

Lärm-Potenzial - The Royal Plantation is on the corner street, and sometimes it can get noisey. As a rule by 9:00 PM, it settles down for the evening.

Keine Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück - We offer Free Parking in front of the building, on the side driveway and in back of the properties.

Joyce is a great host; communications are spot on! The house is enormous and beautiful ;-) Space galore (inside and out). 3 of us stayed there for a period of 2 weeks and felt very comfortable, like at home. Work was busy, so did not get to spend much time out and about ... but did happen to go to Cecil's Cajun Cafe for a wonderful meal! The facility can definitely host a large family and has lots of potential as a BnB. Absolutely recommended, thanks again :~)

Joyce was such a wonderful host. She was great at communication; reaching out to me before we arrived to ensure our expectations would be met. The house has plenty of space and very high ceilings which make it seem quite spacious. The bedrooms were very large with plenty of room and the beds were great. very comfortable. The town has most all services you will need. We were there for a wedding. We did not use the home to host any of the finctions, but it certainly has the room to do so. Thank you Joyce. Shannon
