This is a room in a 3 BR townhouse in Columbia Heights. Great location near 3 metros, grocery stores, Target, restaurants and nightlife scene on 14th St. & U St. strips. The 2 roommates are nice and know the city well. Washer and dryer, wifi, kitchen, and bathroom.
The private room is located in a quiet part of Columbia Heights. I barely hear any city noise while trying to get sleep.
The beautiful thing about this spot is the most exciting blocks, 14th street and U street, are just a 5-10 minute walk down the street. There you will find a ton of bars, restaurants, vintage shops, coffee shops, fashion stores, yoga spaces, grocery stores, and more.
If you go the opposite direction, Mount Pleasant is just north and has good Spanish restaurants and hipster bars. Going west, you will come across Adams Morgan, which has a unwise blend of coffee shops, vintage shops, smoke shops, and jazz bars. If you decide to go south, you will discover the newer face of DC called Shaw, an up-and-coming neighborhood that has quickly developed into one of the hottest places to be. It has many of the newest businesses and residential spots.

Make yourself at home, but be courteous to my roommates and property. Please do not smoke or invite other people to the room.
I am a graphic designer in the Columbia Heights area in Washington, DC. My background starts in Seoul, South Korea, where I was born, however, I consider Miami, FL my hometown, having lived there 15 years growing up.
I moved to the area for school, receiving a Master's Degree in Video Production at GMU. A change of heart led to a career change in design. The DC area is what I call home today, with a busy but friendly international environment that provides many opportunities to build a diverse group of friends and networks. There are a lot of interesting activities to do in DC, with a growing amount of art & cultural developing quickly as the city continues to develop at a rapid pace.
