Armsyde has 3 other beautiful ensuite rooms all under separate listings. The location of Armsyde is perfect-just a stone's throw from Padstow harbour which is brimming with eateries to suit all tastes, but out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The hosts go to great lengths to make sure that everything is to your liking with individually styled, homely rooms, modern en suites and a hearty breakfast with lots of choice to give you a good start to your day. Fresh milk is always available for the tea /coffee tray in your room. Don't forget to check out the other rooms, before you set your heart on this one.

All bedrooms have en-suites and guests will be served breakfast in the dining room. There will be keys to access entrance to the house and bedroom. As it's a family house all other rooms are private.
We understand that some people have late dinner reservations and it is not a problem to come into the house, however late it is.

If your shoes are muddy or sandy, it would be much appreciated if you took them off to go upstairs.
New arrivals will be welcomed after 5pm
Breakfast will be served in the dining room between 9.00-9.30 am
In order to prepare for the next guests rooms need to be vacated by 10.30am
