First - I have to point out that I did NOT stay in the "Stamford 1BR Furnished Apartment" that IS this listing! When I arrived in the unit, it was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the same BLVD Apartment complex. The photos on the listing are NOT from the apartment I was assigned. Now - that's no big deal. We got more room for the same price. However, some of the following WILL NOT pertain to the apartment in the listing since I was NOT in that apartment. The check in process was fine - key in a lock box on a railing at front of the BLVD Apartments - along with several other lock boxes. Mine had my name on it. I didn't know where to park since the paperwork emailed to me from the management company said to park in the assigned space, then where the space number needed to be listed, it simply said "#null" (it was obviously never entered). Fortunately, they have a toll free number to call and 24 operators. I called, was told what spot to park in and used it all four nights without issue. This was a simple, quick fix to the problem. The BLVD is in a great location - walk to anything in Stamford. Loved where it was! The common areas are cool - seems like a young crowd living there yet it was very quiet at all hours I was in there. The unit I was in (NOT the one on this listing) was very nice. Spacious, not lived in (no personal effects anywhere). Very much like a hotel room - which I prefer! WiFi worked fine - not super fast but good enough. Very clean except for the master bedroom carpet which was quite dirty and has some damage. It needs to be replaced - but it was no big deal. Obviously, expecting a 1 bed/1 bath and getting a 2 bed/2 bath was fine - the opposite would not have been. Checkout process was simple - leave no dirty dishes and leave the keys locked in the apartment. However, this wasn't on the PDF emailed to me nor was it communicated in any other manner. I had to call again - but it was no big deal. Overall, very happy with the location and would stay here again!

The apartment is pretty good, well equipped, and very conveniently located in downtown Stamford. It's very spacious and comfortable. The only con is the sink doesn't drain that well. The entire process was rather easy.

The apartment was just as described and very tidy. I had an issue with the door and let the host know right away and she was very prompt in getting back to me.

Place is clean and as represented. I would stay here again next time I have an extended stay. I did not meet the host and the unit is managed by a third party "hosting services" company. Totally fine by me. One item is that the host never responded when I messaged to let her know the shower curtain was broken. When I arrived it was on the ground, and I couldn't reinstall it myself. I messaged her the first day and she never responded; I asked the front desk for help and they said they couldn't do anything because the unit was privately owned. If I really cared I would have messaged her again, but honestly I was hardly at the place (long week of work) and am pretty flexible. It's a nice place, with a stocked kitchen, toiletries, etc. Kara can make the experience better by responding to important requests.
