VERY LATE CHECK-IN:
If you are arriving late the door to the elevators on ground level (Lower Lobby (LL)) will be locked due to after hours. But you can walk up to Lobby (L) set of elevators. Just take short stairway inside next to King's Pub or walk 500 feet past the drop off driveway along the right side to the sidewalk and veer right where it turns into the Lobby (L).

WATER SHUT OFF:
If the water is ever off for some reason, it is because there has been an emergency shut off and maintenance is working VERY hard to restore ASAP.
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month the water in the building is shut off between 11am-4pm. All buildings in Waikiki do this, including mine 1 day a month. Our pipes are very sensitive to sand from the beach and it's also to let any owners do plumbing work they need to do on their units. Please make sure all faucets are turned off if you leave your unit for the day. I apologise for any inconvenience.

BIKES: The building rules do not allow bikes to be taken up the elevators, however bike in travel case is allowed. There are city bike racks near by.

DEPOSIT: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Deposit is fully refundable, however it may be deducted for excessive mess or repair/replacement for damages to the room or its contents.

TAXES: All bookings are subject to 9.25% Hawaii Hotel Tax and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax, they are included as part of your reservation cost.

RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER: Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Auch wenn der Komplex etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, so ist das offensichtlich neu gestaltete Appartment sehr sauber und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Check in und Check out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Der Blick auf den Diamond Head und waikiki sind einfach herrlich. Die Lage ist Top, waikiki beach und die hotspots auf der kalakaua avenue sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert. :-)

We really loved staying at this apartment! One of the best Airbnb experiences we had so far. It looks exactly as described. It's very clean, offers a stunning view over Honolulu and is decorated with great love for details. The location is great, it's just 10 minutes walk to downtown and the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is a bakery in the basement of the building which offers delicious muffins and croissants. Although we haven't met Franny in person, communication with her was great, she answered all our questions with a very short turnaround. We would definitely stay at this apartment again!

We felt absolutly homey in Frennys appartment: it was very clean and is lovely furnished. The location of the appartment is great - to Waikiki beach it is only a short walk and all the shopping is just around the courner. There are also public busses closeby. Franny gave us many tips and we loved the sweets that she left for us as a welcome gift. If I come back to Honolulu someday, I will definetly rent one of Frannys appartments again.

Gina’s space was just perfect for our trip! The condo was clean, cute and in a fantastic location (about a 10 minute walk to Waikiki Beach). The bed was comfy and we loved that we could come home and relax each night. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our trip. Gina was also very accommodating with a slightly earlier check-in which was great as we were very tired from our flight. Thank you so much for a wonderful start to our Hawaiian holiday Gina!

It was very loud and there were sketchy people outside the hotel 24/7. It was a cute place but could be cleaner and they could improve their communication. also they don't let you use the bathtub because they're afraid you will flood the place! I came for a running race and was excited to use it because they have one but they don't have a plug because they don't want anyone using it

I'm sorry you had issues. Seems like you had issues before you even arrived with booking your transportation. My guests always comment on how easy my check in process is, but I did JUST add pictures as it's a new feature Airbnb offers as of this week. As i mentioned to you when you contacted me the tub doesn't even come with a plug. It not that we don't want people to use it. Safe travels

Aloha- I moved to Waikiki several years ago and love everything about it! I've been in the tourism industry for over 12 years and a few years ago I got lucky and came across an ad to work with Fran and her lovely units.
