You'll love having this spacious home base in Waikiki! Great for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Self Check-In upon arrival. It is an older building but the entire studio is very spacious and NEWLY RENOVATED. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed and all amenities needed.

The building amenities include Sundeck Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ area, Breakfast Cafe, Take Out Food, Bar, Mini Mart, 808 Smart Car Rentals, Luggage Storage, Gym, Lobby Ice Machine, Vending Machine & Laundry Facility. It also has a paid public parking garage in the building which is $25 for 24 hours. Street parking can be found as well along the Ala Wai Canal.

Self Check-In upon arrival via Lockbox Key Pick Up but I always enjoy interactions with my guests and enjoy striving to meet their needs. I also respect my guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption.

The security office in the lower lobby offers storage for a flat fee of $10.
VERY LATE CHECK-IN:
If you are arriving late the door to the elevators on ground level (Lower Lobby (LL)) will be locked due to after hours. But you can walk up to Lobby (L) set of elevators. Just take short stairway inside next to King's Pub or walk 500 feet past the drop off driveway along the right side to the sidewalk and veer right where it turns into the Lobby (L).

Burger & Sushi on Lobby (L) has great take out. Bring lunch or dinner to the beach or up to your unit. See menu on their Yelp Page!

KEYCARDS: Please leave all keys on counter in unit at checkout. $30 will be deducted from your security deposit for each lost key. $15 fee for Lock outs.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service as it is privately managed. Please inquire for availability and rates if additional housekeeping is desired.
TRASH: Upon checkout please clean and dry your dishes and take your trash out to the trash room in the hallway.
FUNCTIONS: Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM.
Gym: $5 per guest in Lower Lobby (LL).
SMOKING: No smoking. No drugs.
PETS: No pets allowed in or on the property.
WATER SHUT OFF:
If the water is ever off for some reason, it is because there has been an emergency shut off and maintenance is working VERY hard to restore ASAP.
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month the water in the building is shut off between 11am-4pm. All buildings in Waikiki do this, including mine 1 day a month. Our pipes are very sensitive to sand from the beach and it's also to let any owners do plumbing work they need to do on their units. Please make sure all faucets are turned off if you leave your unit for the day. I apologise for any inconvenience.
BIKES: The building rules do not allow bikes to be taken up the elevators, however bike in travel case is allowed. There are city bike racks near by.
DEPOSIT: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Deposit is fully refundable, however it may be deducted for excessive mess or repair/replacement for damages to the room or its contents.
TAXES: All bookings are subject to 9.25% Hawaii Hotel Tax and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax, they are included as part of your reservation cost.

The guest is responsible for safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. I've been in the tourism industry for over 12 years and a few years ago I got lucky and came across an ad to work with Fran and her lovely units. Now I'm managing them for her! :) There's a great satisfaction in seeing others enjoy a life changing vacation! Life is too short NOT to vacation!!
