Dear Lee, we extremely value all the reviews of our guests. Unfortunately not yours, since it is full of lies with the purpose to get cheaper accomodation.
We regret your frustration with searching for your stay since you were violating all the community standards during your stay.
Let me clarify some facts;
- I wrote you 7 messages, you didn't answer to none of them.
- Guests from other rooms were complaining about your arrogancy and that they were not able to sleep during the nights since you were preparing meals late at night.
- There is absolutely no amneties on the listing that you didn't get. Even more, you had air condition and fan in both rooms. I really don't understand where was problem with that?!
- The house is not made out of the wood and has two levels. It is evident from the listing pictures that construction is totally made out of bricks and concrete. Parket on the floor doesn't make the house "wooden"?!
- On so many places is written that the kitchen is shared. I do my best to give all my guests also some food and all the people appreciate it. Except of you. There is absolutely no left overs. If people from other room opened something, I can not clean or replace it immediately after they did this. First time happened to me, that some guest did not appreciate my good intensions.
- All beddings are cleaned and dried at the professional company that deals only with this. You are the first guest that complained about this matter.
Please, do Airbnb community a favour and don't book any more stay here since you are clearly not a "community" guest, but rather searching for cheap and without personality hotels where you would love your stay and employees won't mind your arrogancy and lies.
And will maybe do you a favour and even discount you their prices; as it was your clear intention also in my case.
Once more, I regret I accept your stay since you didn't have any reviews, which is just another fact that tells a lot about you.
