Facilities available include all mod cons and although you are only a stones throw from all Nottingham's restaurants, you have all the facilities to cook in house.
Also available is a TV, Wifi, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer and X-Box.
The apartment is located across the road from the railway station and is set back from the main road so offers a quiet and relaxing space even though you're so centrally located. It is safe and has the added security of the Jury's Inn hotel opposite it's main entrance which is manned 24/7.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment.
As I wouldn't be living at the property there would be little interaction. However I would be on hand and can make myself available should guests require anything to facilitate their stay. This can include help to plan excursions, organising lifts/taxis to and from the airport etc and any other advice required.
The apartment overlooks the Nottingham canal and you can often see the barges and wildlife floating up and down. The surrounding area is built-up and non-residential and therefore quiet and safe. It is well lit and well served by all means of transport including taxis, buses, trains and there's a fantastic cycle path which you can take which feeds into the Nottingham Circular Trent and Erewash Valley Canal Nature Route.
The location of the apartment couldn't be better served by public transport. There is a taxi rank outside on Station Street itself and the main tram stop and railway station are at the end of the road within a minutes walk.
The apartment has an assigned secure parking space.

Jury's Inn is located directly opposite the apartment and guests are welcome to use its facilities including bar, restaurant and reception if required. They serve Costa Coffee!

I will always endeavour to meet all my guests to make sure you are settled in. I am also on hand to provide recommendations for travel plans, eating out, shopping ideas or general Nottingham knowledge. However, the time is yours and therefore you can see as much or as little of me as you wish.

Check in and out can be flexible depending on the arrival of other guests. I am always mindful that no-one wants to leave before they are ready. I have many requests for early check ins and late check outs. If this can be accommodated I will always try my best. There's a £15 charge per each. If I can accommodate an early check in or late check out, then I am always happy to do so.
As the apartment is in a residential development I would ask for guests to kindly respect other residents in keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the common areas.
Please observe the no smoking policy within the apartment itself.
