This house is totally unique and custom built with no immediate neighbours and good size outdoor spaces and has been furnished to a high standard with classical styled furniture, cream and neutral colour scheme throughout.
The ground floor has a large L shaped open plan living area which combines a solid wooden kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and a full size dishwasher. The seating area is light and airy with flat screen TV (with a wide selection of English and Russian channels)
A bathroom with shower/basin/toilet is also conveniently located on the ground floor.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, the first has a king size bed plus 1 single bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower/basin/toilet.
The second bedroom has 3 singled beds and the third has 2 single beds (larger style-1.5) On this level you have the third bathroom which is family/shared (shower/basin/toilet
Bedroom 1 and 2 have shared access onto a large roof terrace with lovely sea views. There is plenty of patio furniture in this house from glass dining tables and aluminium chairs to 2x rattan outdoor sofas with comfortable cushions, sunbeds, a fixed angled umbrella to give shade on hotter days and even 3 wind in awnings so you can enjoy being outdoors with all the family.
The entire property is fully fenced and totally secure with gated entrance, ideal for children of all ages.
Parking is included at the rear of the house.
High chair and baby cot is available upon request.
WiFi is included.
Getting around is very easy, there is a bus stop passing regularly and with everything so close you could actually holiday here without a hire car.
Just across the road is LIDL supermarket so you can easily do your grocery shopping and several hotels with great swimming pools that welcome non residents, so you can enjoy a swim and use of other facilities at the local hotels.

Electricity usage: A KW/H meter reading will be made upon your arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is as follows:
•1 or 2 bedroom property 100 kWh
•3 bedroom property 200 kWh
•4 bedroom property 300 kWh
Each unit used above the limit will be charged at 0.30 euro cents. A limit is in place to encourage guests to be aware of their use. Guests have been known to leave air conditioning units running in a property whilst they are out for the day so that they come back to a cool property - this is a waste and simply not necessary. The limit is to try to discourage this kind of unnecessary use.
•ELECTRICITY – YOU HAVE AN ALLOWANCE OF 250 UNITS PER 7 NIGHTS. THIS IS TO PREVENT EXCESSIVE USE (DO NOT LEAVE AIR CONDITIONING RUNNING 24/7 - IT IS NOT NECESSARY AND A TOTAL WASTE OF ENERGY!!) • NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 11PM

IF YOU BECOME LOCKED OUT OF THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE OFFICE HOURS YOU WILL BE CHARGED A €25:00 CALL OUT FEE. PLEASE USE THE LOCK BOX TO STORE YOUR KEYS AS THIS WILL AVOID LOSING THEM – FOR OBVIOUS SECURITY REASONS WE WOULD NEED TO CHANGE THE LOCKS COMPLETELY IF YOU LOSE YOUR KEYS, IN THIS CASE A €60.00 APPLIES.
