2 Bedroom Heritage Character Conversion Condo

Your two bedroom 2 level condo in one of Victoria’s heritage character homes is located in the trendy and vibrant Cook Street Village neighbourhood. Bedrooms are on a lower level. The large deck and main floor (kitchen/living room) are on the upper level above the parking area. Less than 5 minutes to the Dallas Road waterfront and Beacon Hill Park and only a 10 – 15 minute walk from the Inner Harbour, Royal B.C. Museum, Provincial Legislative buildings downtown shopping and other attractions.
The Pendergast Condo has modern conveniences, with a gourmet kitchen, a gas range, stainless steel appliances, Samsung Smart TV with internet stream programming, (no cable service) and hardwood flooring. All utensils are provided. Covered parking for one passenger vehicle ( 6 feet clearance) is also provided.
Unfortunately the unit is not wheelchair accessible and those challenged by stairs may find the lower level bedrooms undesirable. Unsuitable for children under 12 years of age.
The living / dining room area with comfortable furnishings has an LED Smart TV with internet programming. A half bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer are adjacent. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the large patio among planters of herbs and flowering plants. (help yourself to the herbs). The patio is equipped with a gas BBQ should you wish to grill your favourite dish.
The two bedrooms are located on the lower floor. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with access to a private patio area. The second bedroom has twin beds. The main bathroom has a tub with shower.
Parking is provided for one passenger vehicles. Motorhomes, boats, trailers, and other recreational vehicles are not permitted on the condo property.

The patio / deck of the condo including the gas BBQ are yours to enjoy. You will be in a perfect location whether for vacation or on business. Cook Street offers coffee shops, restaurants, grocery shopping, personal services, and a pub and liquor store.
The Dallas Road waterfront walkway, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Provincial Legislative buildings, and Victoria Conference Centre are all within a 10 - 15 minute walk. The downtown shopping district begins at the Inner Harbour. Beacon Hill Park is only a block away.

1.QUIET TIME is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Please be considerate of your neighbours and no loud music, shouting, laundry, or other disturbances during these hours.
PLEASE DO NOT OPERATE WASHER OR DRYER AFTER 10:00PM

2. TELEVISION - if watching cable TV is an important part of your vacation experience the Pendergast Condo may not be for you. There is NO CABLE TV.
TV service is provided through Samsung TV Smart Hub internet 'apps' and many popular services such as Netflix, HBO, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), YouTube, Tune-In, CTV2go, and others are available. Some sports programming, such as curling, may not be available.

3.PARKING is provided for one passenger vehicle in stall #2 under the patio deck. Clearance under the deck is limited to 6 feet (2 meters). Do not park in the other parking areas. No motor homes, boats, trailers, or other RV’s are permitted on the property. Additional on-street parking may be available in the area.

4.NO SMOKING inside the condo. Other guests after you may be sensitive to tobacco. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio deck.

5.When you leave, please ensure that you have turned OFF the gas controls on the range and all water taps. It would be appreciated if you would also turn thermostats to 15 or lower.

This is, I'm sure, one of the best Airbnb options in Victoria, B.C. Kane and Heather have outdone themselves in creating a little piece of heaven located within steps of the coveted Cook St. Village. What a gem! If you are looking for a fabulous, fully stocked (full kitchen, TV, WiFi, deck, BBQ, 2-bath, etc.) two-bedroom in the heart of the Village, and just 10 minutes from the water, you can't go wrong with Kane & Heather's property. We will be back!

Great location! Cook street area is super close with restaurants, grocery store, and multiple coffee shops. Also right by Beacon Hill park! Comfortable clean house that is walkable to harbor area, great access to the park and the trail to the wharf and harbor. Hosts are great- quick immediate communication! Highly recommend! Perfect for our family of 4.

The Pendergast was the perfect size and location for our family of four. It was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was excellently laid out and great for cooking. Check-in was easy, with Kane meeting us when we arrived, showing us the house, and telling us about the neighborhood. We loved the location -- easy walking distance to both the historic harbor area and the Dallas Road walk along the water, and just a block from the restaurants and stores along Cook Street. We loved Victoria, and if we ever make it back (and we certainly hope to) we'll definitely consider staying at the Pendergast again.

This is a lovely place in a great location! The neighborhood is great and quiet work wonderful restaurants and pubs nearby. Close to the park and an easy pretty walk to downtown Victoria.

A convenient 10 to 15-minute walk away from downtown Victoria, Heather and Kane's place is spacious but cozy. They are amazing hosts who made us feel welcome from the start. The washrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the suites—everything was very clean and tidy. Also, the suite is only two minutes from a street that has all the restaurants, cafes and grocery stores you could possibly wish for but is not as busy as the downtown areas. We had a great stay and will definitely consider them again for our next visit to Victoria.

We loved our stay at Kane and Heather's place! Comfy beds, lots of space, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was the perfect location. Cook St village (really good restaurants and coffee spots) and some grocery stores were just a couple minute walk away, and we were only about a 15 minute walk to the downtown/ inner harbour. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We had an excellent stay at Kane and Heather's place. The condo is very conveniently located about 10 min walking distance from downtown. The walk is on the side of a park and is very pleasant. The condo is also a couple of minutes away from Cook st., a nice street with grocery stores, cafe and restaurants. The condo is very nice, well equipped and very clean. The hosts are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the place.
