NOTICE SUMMER 2017: THERE IS AN EXTERNAL RENOVATION IN PROGRESS. ALTHOUGH THE WORK WILL BE STOPPED, THERE WILL BE SCAFFOLDING AROUND OUTSIDE THE BUILDING THAT DOES NOT HOWEVER AFFECT THE USE OF THE WINDOWS.
The apartment, about 35 m², has high ceilings and large windows with shutters. It is situated in front of the sea, the first mezzanine floor (three flights of stairs) of a 3 floors building with.
Completely new restructured in July 2015 the apartment is as follows:
- Living room-kitchen furnished with a sofa bed (140cm wide bed), table and chairs, LED TV 24" and a ceiling fan. The fitted kitchen is equipped with: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and extractor fan. From the window you can enjoy a wonderful seaside view.
- A double bedroom with wardrobe with 3 doors, one with interior mirror, a bedside table, a septet and container under the bed. From the window you can enjoy sweeping views of the beach and the sea.
- A bathroom with an automatic vacuum cleaner, shower 70 x 90 cm and washers.
The equipment is completed with a steam iron and ironing board.
The apartment has an entrance on Via Roma, next to the rail road. Through the common passage you can access to Columbus Avenue, the pedestrian zone, and then to the beach. In a few minutes by walk, you can reach the center of Grottammare.
The area around this apartment is served by a point where you can rent bikes, chalets with beach bar restaurants, plus a wide area of free beach and the bike path that connects Grottammare to Cupra Marittima and to San Benedetto del Tronto.
It is the ideal choice to spend most of the holiday "immersed" in the sea.
Rules for rent the apartments for italian holidays
CONDUCTOR: the person who rented the apartment.
LANDLORD: the apartment owner who has leased.
1- The apartment is rented fully furnished, with TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher if provided in the description, iron, equipped and provided with the necessary accessories to stay (plates, glasses, utensils, broom, clothes horse) excluded Linen (asgiugamani, sheets, blankets etc.).
2- will be occupied by no more people established.
3- It will be delivered in perfect state of cleaning and maintenance from 10 to 12 hours and from 15 to 19 hours the day of arrival.
It should be returned in exactly the same state of cleanliness and maintenance from 9 am to 11 am on the day of departure.
3bis- arrival, ie at the time of the tenant, the landlord and the tenant himself will control the state of the property and, if necessary, will highlight the differences in the lease.
4- The exact time of arrival as well as to start the driver must always be communicated to the landlord at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the provisions of the booking.
5- It is leased exclusively tourist under article 1, paragraph 2, letter c) of the italian law n.431 / 98.
6- It is the obligation of the conductor does not cause damage to the property, furniture and household appliances contained therein and to this end declares to have found it in perfect condition and operation. No other amount or damage can be attributed to the lessor.
