Situated in Leeds Dock, the area is the perfect balance of being out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, whist only being a short walk away. There are restaurants, a bar, and a shop nearby for people not wanting to travel far.

The room itself has a double bed and you will have access to your own bathroom. You are welcome the use the living room and the kitchen as well, which also includes a balcony overlooking south Leeds.
Feel free to put on the TV, choose a DVD or play some music. The apartment has wifi so you can catch up on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), news, etc.

There is limited street parking available on a first come first served basis, though it may be best to opt for the onsite multi storey - search Citipark Clarence Dock.
If you are visiting over the weekend, they offer a £15 full weekend ticket available from the manned ticket booth.
I've got no major rules - please treat the apartment with due care and you're free to use all the facilities. As this is a residential area we have to be fairly quiet after 11pm.
The apartment does not allow pets. You can smoke, though will need to do this outside on the balcony.
