The building is the art deco Regents Court. Originally built as gentleman's chambers in 1926 and once home to actors, painters, dancers and writers, Regents Court is a great boutique accommodation option in one of Sydney's funkiest neighbourhoods.
The apartment, located on the top floor, has a large north facing (what you want in the southern hemisphere to catch the sun) picture window. The spacious studio has been designed to offer a more comfortable accommodation alternative to discerning travellers. The apartment has its own well equipped kitchen, dining area and individual bathroom, queen-sized bed and a pull-down single bed.
The Regents Court also operates as a boutique 25 studio room hotel managed by 8hotels. This apartment is NOT managed by 8hotels.

★ Parking. Parking is subject to availability. The cost is $25 per day and must be booked at the time of your reservation. Our garage is on Ward Ave, a 5 minute walk.
★ Leave the apartment as you found it is probably the best guide. Please wash dishes, take out rubbish, leave used towels in the bath, close windows, turn off lights and air-conditioning and leave BOTH sets of keys IN the apartment.
★ The apartment is non smoking. The security deposit will be withheld for smoking.
★ My family and I live in an apartment very close by. If there is anything that you need, we probably have a spare and you are welcome to it.
★ Please contact us prior to departure to notify us of any spills, damage or breakages. If we are not notified, the guest will be held liable for them.
★ If an appliance breaks and the technician who fixes it attributes the fault to user malfunction, the guest will be held liable for the reimbursement of repairs.

My family and I live in Potts Point. We love it and think it is the best neighbourhood in Sydney. It is full of life - cafes, restaurants, bars, markets, shops and parks. If Potts Point does not have it, it is nearby by foot, taxi or public transport. It is rated as the most liveable part of Sydney.
We like to travel. I have been fortunate enough to live in Singapore (Tanglin School), France (Dijon - Universite di Bourgogne), Holland (Delft), Italy (Perugia - Universita per Stranieri), UK (London), PNG (Moresby) and Germany (Hamburg). Our experience in travelling and living abroad has been distilled into our apartments.
