Aloha, the majority of Napili Gardens town homes are full time residents. Because of this we ask that you respect our home environment and take care to abide by the following house rules.

•NO Trash Dumping or Recycling 10 PM – 8 AM
•NO Trash left outside to sit on stairways, entries or exterior parking areas.
•NO personal property shall be left on stairways, entries or exterior parking areas.
•NO towels, clothing or laundry shall be hung in doorways, stairways or windows.
•NO pets.
•NO playing, riding bikes, skateboarding or any type of recreation is allowed in the parking areas, blacktop, and driveways.
•Garage doors are to be closed at all times unless you are working in or using the garage.
•Absolutely NO SMOKING on property. Hawaii's Smoke Free Law, Act 295, prohibits smoking within 20 feet of doorways, windows & ventilation intakes of the above areas.
•Leave SAND at the beach. Wash your feet and beach gear at the beach showers at Napili or Kapalua Bay
•Maximum Occupancy 8 people, no exceptions.

The house rules are strictly enforced and violations will result in graduated fines assessed to your security deposit and possible eviction.

1st violation: $100
2nd violation: $250
3rd violation: Eviction from the property.

Perfect location to Napili beach, Kona Kai hotel, Sea House restaurant, Montage hotel, Coastal trail. Great place to stay and sleeps 8 very comfortable. Recommended and I would stay there again.

I love hospitality and I'm an expert in this field working for Starwood and Marriott hotels for 20 years. This is the place to stay!

Guests here love the experience, a few sample comments:

1) "We stayed at the Napili town home in August with our 2 children (ages 5 and 7) and had a wonderful time. The home is very comfortable, clean, quiet, stylish and in a great location. Nice hardwood floors downstairs, soft carpet upstairs, 2 good size bedrooms and a huge master bedroom, private patio with stainless gas grill, and a very nice kitchen with everything you need. Large flat screen tvs upstairs and down and the wireless was fast. As a mom, having a laundry with detergent/softner was ideal. The location is perfect. You literally walk across the road to a gorgeous Napili Bay. One side has very gentle surf (ideal for small children, snorkeling and SUP's) and the other side of the bay has more wild surf (ideal for boogie boarding). Jeff has everything you need for the beach and if you need something extra, Snorkle Bob's is across and up the street. The town home is also down the road from Kapalua and the Ritz Carlton. We had many delicious meals there (much better than the Sea House) but we also cooked at home almost every night. The Napili Market is good (some items are pricey like a $9 loaf of roman meal bread) and it is right up the road. This location is really ideal for families and those wanting to get away from the craziness of Kaanapali, Lahaina and tour groups. Napili is a very mellow, friendly area with a strong "local" vibe. We would do all of the tourist things in the mornings and then we would just relax back at the town house or Napili Bay all afternoon. We had a terrific vacation and Jeff was warm and welcoming. Thank you."

2) "After years of going to Oahu, I think we finally found our soul place! What a great location. We went to Maui to celebrate my dads 80th birthday. This townhome was spacious and clean and this is the first time on vacation we actually slept on comfortable beds! Really is a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. My husband travels all over the world and has been to many resort locations and he says Napili Bay is by far the best. This was our first time going through and I was nervous. Not sure if what we stayed in would be an accurate description. Thankfully we were not dissapointed. Everything you need for the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, etc) is conveniently stored in the garage. It was a huge relief not to have to worry about all that let alone purchase it all. The garage was nice and clean too! A washer and dryer was a great bonus! We cooked breakfast everyday and dinner almost every night which saved a ton of money. We went to Sansei sushi for dinner one night and it was amazing! Make sure to call ahead tho because the reservations fill up quick. 5:30-6 is early bird special with 25% off menu. Maui Tacos for lunch was another good place to eat. Very casual. Last, Maui Brewery has surprisingly great food. I was expecting typical greasy bar food. Turned out it was anything but. Thank you Jeff for being so flexible and accomodating with our travel schedule and thank you for making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return to your place."

3) We are a family of 4, with two young kids aged 5 and 7 years old. We were looking for a little extra square footage and more household amenities than the resorts offer. We were so happy with our stay at Hale Kalani! The unit was huge (!) and air conditioned upon arrival. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was gorgeous and functional, as was the outdoor space. The garage had a beautiful, brand new, washer & dryer as well as a HUGE VARIETY of outdoor/beach toys, folding lounge chairs, beach towels, etc... there was even a high chair and baby-like items. We were also so happy with the ocean view from the gorgeous master bedroom and the easy accessibility of the beach. It was also a nice treat to discover a couple of great nearby (quick walking distance) restaurants and a general store. Napili beach is STUNNING and just a short walk away. The sunsets were incredible! The unit's bathrooms were also stocked with a hair dryer and more than enough plush towels and paper goods. The people staying in the neighboring units were all lovely too and we were never bothered by loud noises of any kind. Shops, resorts, and grocery store are all a quick drive away. All in all, our family had a GREAT time and would definitely book here again!!
