Second Floor:
Main bedroom: Queen-size bed with and wall-to-wall sliding glass window (also fitted with blinds).
Second bedroom: Child's bedroom with single bed.

Third Floor:
Queen bed with air conditioning.

A modern bathroom featuring a twin-nozzle shower encompassed by a large above ground bath. Heated towel-racks on request. High-quality soft weave towels provided for guest use.


Hausregeln

CLEANING / DAMAGES ETC.
Cleaning products are provided at the property. The Terrace is cleaned professionally prior to the arrival of all guests, and routinely every fortnight. Please notify us at the time of booking if you wish for the cleaning to continued to do so during your stay.

Please contact us prior to departure to notify us of any spills, damage or breakages. If we are not notified, the guest will be held liable for them.

If an appliance breaks and the technician who fixes it attributes the fault to user malfunction, the guest will be held liable for the reimbursement of repairs.

SMOKING
The apartment is non smoking. The security deposit may be withheld for smoking.
