Set in a quiet street, just off the seafront, this 1910 period house retains typical features like old facade, colourful patterned tiles, honey-coloured walls and wooden beams. Nonetheless it is equipped with modern furnishings and commodities.
This old townhouse is set on 2 floors with all bedrooms overlooking the garden which also boasts a lemon tree and an orange tree. On the first floor, one walks into an open plan living-room, dining-room and modern kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds) on the first floor with open sunny balconies overlooking the garden. There is a bathroom with a washing-machine on the first floor. Stairs will lead you downstairs to another large chill-out area at garden level. In this large open-plan space you have a modern designer-sofa which is easily transformed into a double-bed or 2 single beds. There is also the availability to have a camp bed for the 7th person sleeping. On this level, there is another shower room with toilet. The garden is an ideal place for some outdoor relaxing time with a sofa area ideal for entertaining or chilling out.

All parts of the premises are accessible. Sliema is a city where parking is extremely difficult. There is also a parking space available in case you are considering renting a car.

- The location is a residential one so guests need to respect the neighbours. Pets are welcome but any damage would have to be paid for. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
