The back yard is completely enclosed offering privacy and solitude. It includes a full size deep pool, ranging from about 3' to 9'. Also included is an above-ground hot tub.

Palm Springs requires an Occupancy Tax of 11.5% for stays less than 28 days. This amount will be collected from us at a later date through this website, per Airbnb requirements.
Check In Time is 4:00, but we may be flexible in some instances.
IMPORTANT Additional Terms: Holiday and special event rates may be higher - No Loud or Large Parties Allowed. Higher minimum nightly stay than 5 nights may apply during holidays and prime season months (February - April). No renters under 25 years of age, no smoking or pets, no parties allowed unless approved in writing in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an extra fee - please ask before renting. A signed contract must be returned to us prior to entering this home, which will include acknowledgement of your receiving and abiding by the rules stated in the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure.
The below REQUIRED and OPTIONAL fees will be collected separately after your rental is confirmed:
REQUIRED FEE: Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% is not included in the pricing and shall be paid separately after rental is confirmed per Airbnb requirements. We may also charge an additional security deposit (especially on event weekends) which is refunded provided there are no damages or unusual wear and tear.
OPTIONAL FEES: Pool heating is optional for an extra fee - $50.00 per day (minimum 3 days required), discounted to $250.00 per week. Extra utility charges may be added in hotter summer months to help pay for air conditioning.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Since the property is taken off the market when a rental is confirmed, it is extremely difficult to re-rent it again the closer it gets to the actual date. Our rental season is very short, and therefore rental fees already paid to the owner are non-refundable.
