This spacious, fully equipped home offers 2 living areas, open plan dining and plenty of windows to take in the mountain vista and let the sun shine in.
The comfy lounge features a flat screen TV with loads of DVDs, books & games to keep you entertained. Reverse cycle heating and cooling and a lovely outlook.
Your fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine overlooks your spacious dining & sitting area with table for 10 and gorgeous wood fire. Relax with a good book by the fire or enjoy the afternoon sun. An Ipod/CD player offers entertainment while you enjoy a game around the table.
4 comfortable bedrooms offer easy family living. The front of the house offers a queen room with ensuite and 2nd bedroom with single bunk & bed. The rear of the house offers another queen room and 4th bedroom with single bunk & bed, making the layout ideal for 2 families. All bedding is supplied, linen is provided for the queen beds only. Extra linen can be provided at extra charge.
There is also another bathroom with bath & separate shower with separate toilet.
The huge, rear fully enclosed yard is ideal for a group to kick the footy or let the kids play safely - It will also keep your furry friend safe while you are away. Dine around the outdoor table with BBQ or take a stroll to Bright's main street to enjoy quality cafes & chef's hats restaurants.
The single lock up garage is also ideal to store bikes or your toys, a laundry is also an added bonus.

The property has key lock safe entry so late arrival is not a problem.
You will have the entire place to yourselves however bedroom access is determined by guest numbers.
1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms, 5-6 guests offer 3 bedrooms, 7-10 guests offers 4 bedrooms.
Base rates provided are for 2 guests. Extra guests will attract extra charges.
