I am a scientist working in Philippines and I am renting out my cosy loft in a pittoresk village. The loft is quite spacy and has a wooden floor and a mezzanine with a hammock and a bedroom. This is my little paradise which I visit once or twice a year for 2–3 weeks, usually in August and in December. I feel very emotionally connected to this loft, hence I only tend to accept guests who have a proven record of cleanliness, demonstrated through positive reviews from other AirBnB hosts.
This loft was the former attic of a 150-year old shop. In the 80s, my father and my brother converted the attic to this wonderful loft. In the winter, you can install yourself in the hammock while reading a good book and watching the snowflakes falling on the window. The name of the village is "Eikevliet", which literally translates into "Oak at the Vliet river." This is a little paradise for world travelers. Since it is located in a small, rustic village, there is ample parking space in the streets.

Weitere wichtige Infos
Please do not leave any stuff in the loft: food, towels, clothes, soap, toothpaste, etc. It is unbelievable what guests sometimes leave behind! Please, leave the loft in exactly the same state as you found it. I do not have a working connection for analog nor digital TV, but you may use the Wi-Fi signal to watch NetFlix.
Tip: I have a projector screen in the middle of the living room. If you bring a projector and an Apple TV, you can enjoy my rustic home cinema!
Please, do not leave any food or other things in the appartment. A travel bed for babies is available.
I am a Belgian scientist, living and working in the Philippines. I am also a musician and I love traveling. I'll be happy to welcome you in my loft, which is a little paradise for the world traveller. The village is very pittoresk. Check my pictures. I also outlined two nice jogging routes around the Vliet river and the village.
