Situated in SE5 and within very easy reach of all that London has to offer, this one bedroom apartment has everything needed for a great stay. Modern decor, large living/kitchen/dining area, balcony view, double bedroom, quality furnishings, free WiFi.

Welcome to my space. My apartment is new, and decorated in a very modern style with quality furnishings. The entrance leads to a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a glass balcony where you can sit to take in the view over London. The living/dining area has a large modern suit, glass dining table and leather chairs, large LCD TV, Satellite channels, DVD player, and B&W Zeppelin iPod dock. The bedroom has a comfy double bed with plenty of space for storage and large LCD TV. Bathroom and has WC, sink, bath and shower over. Kitchen is fully equiped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, micrcowave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster. Plus plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. The apartment also has free high speed fibre WiFi internet connectivity.

The nearest Underground station is Elephant & Castle - which is only a 10 minutes walk - from where you can be almost anywhere in central London in 10-15 minutes. Buses to/from central London include No.12 (Oxford Circus and Trafalgar Square), No.148 (Marble Arch and Victoria), No.176 (Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square), No.68 (Euston mainline station) and No.45 (St Pancras International station). All buses depart/arrive at Camberwell Road/Albany Road bus stop at Burgess Park - which is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

Full instructions for access will be provided on confirmation of booking. A key collection service provides guests with convenience, flexibility and security to access the apartment at any time on their day of arrival.

Although I will not be staying in London whilst my guests are in my apartment, I will always be within easy reach by phone or email.

My apartment is situated overlooking a nice park between Elephant & Castle and Camberwell. The area is cosmopolitan and an up-and-coming area just south of the river with massive regeneration investment. There is a lively mix of recreational activities, retail, supermarkets, bars and eateries within easy walking distance.

"Once called home by Michael Caine and Charlie Chaplin, Walworth Road runs south from the newly facelifted Elephant & Castle roundabout with its fancy flats and dodgy shopping centre (whose days are numbered), almost as far as sprawling Burgess Park, with its tennis courts, fishing lake and barbecue area. It’s a brilliantly diverse drag: spit-and-sawdust pubs next to Ghanaian restaurants, tailors next to Caribbean bakeries, plus it has an excellent 24-hour Turkish supermarket. Driving and parking in London is expensive and frustrating! The area is very well serviced with underground trains and buses. The nearest underground station (Elephant & Castle) is a 10 minute walk and there are bus stops within a 2 minute walk. Underground trains into central London take around 15 minutes and buses - which are heavily dependent on traffic! - around 30-45 minutes.

The apartment is in a great location - less than 2.5 miles from Trafalgar Square, Buckingham a Palace, the London Eye, Tower Bridge, the Houses of Parliament, Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford Circus and Marble Arch - to name a few of the many famous landmarks of London.
