We are the park owners (12 yrs). This is our visitation home and we stay there regularly and love it. We have onsite management & maintenance. 12 miles to downtown Asheville. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, Blue Ridge Parkway, National Forests, The Biltmore, Brevard, Cherokee, and more. You’ll love our place because of the location, the views, full home amenities, 1076 sq ft, and cleanliness. Our place is good for couples, singles, business travelers, families, and groups.
The home sits in a safe, well kept mobile home park that we own. It is on a dead end road so traffic is mostly limited to residents. The surrounding mountain views are excellent. Home has two decks for enjoying those views. The front deck has four chairs and the rear deck has a small awning with a table and chairs that seat 6. There is also a propane grill. Inside are 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is fully functional and has a dishwasher. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

You have total access to the home, decks, and the front & back yards. We do request to only use the number of beds you actually need. This will allow us to keep our rates and cleaning fee low. Plus, it will also permit us to have the unit ready quicker for the next guests.

Our onsite property manager will be available to offer any assistance you may need. Her name and contact information will be provided once your reservation is booked, and can be located in the "Basics" section of our listing. If you cannot reach our property manager, we will also do our best to take your phone calls or quickly answer your emails. Your privacy will be respected during your stay.

The nearest grocery stores and pharmacies are about 7-9 minutes away heading east (on the way to I-40 exit 44). On the way to those, there are also fuel/convenience stores. There is also a Travel Centers of America (TA) truck stop and a couple gas/convenience stores about 3-4 minutes heading west (next to I-40 at exit 37).
Please report any broken glasses, appliances or dishes so we can be replace/repair them for our next guests.
Serious scratches/damage to the flooring, walls, doors, etc, or excessive dirt/mud or any stains may cause a charge to a deposit. Please report any serious defects upon arrival.
No loud music, including heavy bass. If it can be heard from the street or when standing by a neighbor's home exterior, then it is too loud. Please respect this at all times.
No deep frying any foods.
No Illegal drugs or underage consumption of alcohol.
No smoking in the house or on the property.
No shooting of firearms on property.
Noise ordinance in effect at 10pm. Keep this in mind especially when on the front or rear decks.
No loud vehicles or loud motorcycles.
Conserving energy is important. Please keep windows/doors closed if using AC/Furnace. Please turn off all lights, bedroom fans, TV, cable box, etc. when you are not in need of them, especially when you leave the house for your day and/or evening trips.
Do not attempt to use the fireplace or propane wall heaters. They are currently not functional.
To avoid unnecessary tracking in debris from outdoors, please use the rear entrance.
