I wish you enjoyed a little bit more your time at the lake. 1. You are not a frequent guest in airbnb, you have only 3 reviews and before we wrote ours you already had les than 5 stars as a guest( I wonder why? ) (Website hidden by Airbnb) 2. We do not have any misrepresentation, the problem Tina is that you didn't read the information, because is very clear in our listing what you can and cannot use at the hotel. 3. Lightbulb in the bathroom and the lamps were working before you arrived. 4. The bugs you saw are not roaches, they are ronrones and they are around the area some months of the year and they do nothing to you. The video you send me putting the ronron in the toilet was very sad for me to see but I do understand some people feel afraid of them and I do apologize for the inconvenience. 5. We do not offer a/c or fan in our listing, you have to read before you make any reservation, so you know what you are getting. 6. The employees at the front desk are pay by the hotel owner, that's why we have an employee to welcome our guests and solve any problems and we are also in contact with them all the time, the price you paid to us is a fraction of what you need to pay at the hotel. Even if they are not our employees, we do have an agreement with the hotel to treat with respect our guests and we apologize if they didn't do it. 7. You wore happy the first 2 days and somehow you started having problems and you let us know that you wanted to leave next day. After your notification, we offered you the money back for the last night if you leave at the checkout time, so we can rent the apartment that night and you did not want to do it. We give you $40.00 back and we sincerely apologized for the inconveniences you had, like you said, Lake Atitlan is a beautiful place and we hope next time you really enjoy it . We work very hard to make our guests happy and comfortable and love good reviews, your review is the first bad one we get but we hope that with all the good ones we have people see who we really are. Flor de María!
