Centrally located and walking distance to Ski Resort or Brownie "pickup" lot. Our home has been remodeled throughout with vaulted cathedral ceilings and wood beams in each over sized bdrms, an outdoor deck in master bdrm, reclaimed barn wood beds and a new jetted tub. Main floor includes an open floor plan with remodel kitchen with SS appliances, new wood stove burning fireplace, outdoor deck with BBQ on large lot with plenty of trees, and new washer/dryer and Foosball in the attached garage.
The wood burning fireplace will produce a lot of heat and thus the exterior door and frame will get extremely HOT so please be extra careful when operating the door. Please use fire tools at all times and keep kiddies away from it! Instructions on how to start and maintain the fireplace can be found on the mantel. Ashes in the fireplace will be disposed by cleaning service.
Large propane BBQ is available on the backyard deck. Please do your best to clean after each use.

You have access to the complete home with the exception of the locked closet downstairs by the front door and locked closet in downstairs bathroom.

Home is in residential area and there are year round occupancy near by. Please respect their privacy and keep noise down to a minimal after 10pm.
Prepare when traveling during the holidays as traffic around the city can be dreadful.

Please NO SMOKING inside of the house. The city of Big Bear Lakes does not allow open fire of any kind outside of the house.
Please remove all trash from house and dispose of them at the proper location. Nearest location is on Garstin Drive, cross street Big Bear Blvd. All dishes should be washed and put away prior to departure.
Please keep noise at a minimum between the hours of 10pm to 8am. There are full time resident in the adjacent properties.
One vehicle can be parked in the garage and several more in the driveway. Please do not park on the yard. Parking is NOT ALLOWED on the street in the winter!
Property is inspected before your arrival. If any damages are found at the home upon your arrival please report them to me immediately. If you fail to do so you will be responsible for the cost of the damage.
