The apartment is self contained.
Keys are to be collected from my office at 333 Queen Street Melbourne and we will SMS/Email you the details.
For check out you are to leave the keys inside the apartment on dinning table and lock the door behind you. Ensure to take your car out of the parking first before you return the remote for car park with the keys left in side the room when you check out. Any keys or remote dropped off in the letter box will occur a $50.00 fee.
Please note that we are not a hotel and do not provide housekeeping or reception services.
Check in time is 2:00pm - Check out is at 10:00am
We operate for enquires and bookings during business hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. We do try our best to reply to all enquires as soon as possible.
After business hours are for emergency situations only during your stay.

There is a secured car park on Franklin Street.
1.Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If you are smoking in the balcony, please ensure that all cigarette butts are disposed of in the rubbish bin. Do not throw cigarette butts over the balcony.
2.Offensive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited. Please take the neighbours into consideration and keep noise levels to a reasonable level especially during the night.
3.Partying is strictly prohibited.
4.The consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited as well as the carrying out of any illegal activities on the property. Breach of this condition will result in immediate eviction and possible criminal charges.
5.No climbing or sitting on balcony railings/ ledges. Please do not throw objects, glass bottles or rubbish over the balcony. Please refrain from yelling, whistling or spitting from balconies/ windows.
6.Ensure that your vehicle is only parked in the allocated car bay.
7.Please ensure that all windows and doors are secured and the lights and air-conditioning is turned off whenever you leave the apartment.
8.Guests are responsible for their Visitors. This includes any damages caused by Visitors.
9.When checking-out, please leave the apartment in the same good condition as it was upon checking in. Dishes should be cleaned and put away and all rubbish should be thrown away. Please leave all beddings on the beds and bath towels in the bathroom. Any housekeeping services over and above the standard housekeeping procedure will incur an additional cleaning fee of $50/hour.
10.Any damages to the property should be reported immediately. If you find any damage to the property upon checking-in, please report this immediately. You may be liable for the repairs/ rectifications of any unreported damages. Management strongly recommends that Guests fill in the Condition Report immediately after checking-in.
11.Check-out time on the day of departure is 10am unless previously agreed in writing. There will be an additional $50 late check-out fee up to 11:30am. Any check-outs after 11:30am will be charged as an additional full day’s stay.
