We love our Brighton apartment because it has huge character, outside space & a perfect location in the middle of a quiet low rise painted victorian terrace street. Around the corner are all kinds of Kemptown cafes, shops & pubs or you can take a 15 minute stroll into the hurly-burly of Brighton. Best of all the sea is only a short walk away!

Fully equipped for self-catering, with private 5m sq south facing balcony off the kitchen to soak up the Brighton sun plus sunny Juliette balcony from the dining room.

We have refurbished the apartment using recycled wooden beams to create a lovely wooden floor throughout the hall, lounge & dining area. The pink painted kitchen is bespoke with oak top & hidden appliances. Original white painted staircase leads to a large bathroom with lovely shower & 2 marble vanity units recycled from the Waldorf Hotel & 2 bedrooms which have original sanded floorboards. We use characterful furniture & fittings sourced from the local antique markets making this apartment uniquely styled in a location considered to be one of the nicest streets in Kemptown, Brighton.

Sleeps up to 4 with 2 bedrooms, one King sized four poster bedroom plus one double bedroom. Large family bathroom with 2 lovely marble sinks rescued from the Waldorf Hotel London. Beach less than 5 minutes walk away, passing across George Street filled with bars cafes restaurants & shops. Superb location perfect for the local shops, pubs bars, restaurants & beach. An easy stroll to the lively St James Street & the famous Brighton Lanes eating & shopping streets.

Zu viert in der Wohnung hat alles prima funktioniert. Wir haben uns (alles wie beschrieben) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage (nur ein paar Möwen plapperten ein wenig) und die Möglichkeiten von Supermarkt, Bäckerei... nur wenige Meter vom Quartier entfernt haben wir genossen. Wir können Amanda's Haus in Brighton jedem empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Amanda was a fabulous host. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. The suggestions for food, shops, entertainment were all spot on. We took an Uber to the train station and a taxi on he way back, which made the location very convenient. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

Amanda's house was perfect for us. It was spotless clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely quiet and was really well located to Kempton and a casual walk into Brighton central and the pier. Everything worked well and the communication was excellent. I can highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in Brighton.

A worm welcome with a bottle of wine and sweets - what a lovely way Amanda, our host, chose to make us feel at home! Thank you! And then comes the feeling about this lovely property - cosy, comfortable, clean and full of light and good energy! You just want to be there. Great bedding and nicely furnished bedrooms, wonderful bathroom - we loved the size and the style. Comfertable living and dining area and a lovely kitchen - good that lively Brighton was waiting for us! We could have spent the day in this flat. Once again thank you Amanda and we are looking forward to come back.

Our stay in Brighton was amazing. The home was beautiful and very convenient to the public transportation, all the local shops, the Brighton Pier and Ocean. It had all the amenities needed for a very pleasurable stay. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to Brighton.
