Original white painted staircase leads to a large bathroom with lovely shower & 2 marble vanity units recycled from the Waldorf Hotel & 2 bedrooms which have original sanded floorboards. We use characterful furniture & fittings sourced from the local antique markets making this apartment uniquely styled in a location considered to be one of the nicest streets in Kemptown, Brighton.

2. Guests will occupy the apartment peacefully so as not to disturb the neighbourhood, and be considerate of the privacy and comfort of neighbours.
3, Guests are to treat the accommodation and its contents with care and respect.
4. Guests shall not smoke inside the accommodation. Smoking is only permitted on REAR balcony.
5. No pets allowed.
6. The Guests will replace any items damaged during their stay or face deduction for the same from the damage deposit held.
7. The Guests will supervise the use of the apartment & balconies by any children & accept full responsibility for the safety of all in their party in this regard.
8. Guests are to clean all their unwashed pans, plates & cutlery before departure.
9. At the rental period end, Guests shall remove all their personal items & leave the premises including all inventory items to the Owners, in the same condition as received.
