Marta's home is a cosy and warm but also big and well-equipped apartment one the hills of La Spezia, 200 mts from the nearest bus stop and 3 kms from Migliarina train station to The Cinque Terre.
It's been our beloved family house for 8 years and now that we're moving somewhere else, we'd like to share its warmth and beauty with our guests, and we think they'll love and enjoy it as we did, while visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Ter

Our house is situated on the hills, in the suburbs of the town; better to come by car and enjoy free parking areas, but , If you like, there is also a bus stop 200mt from the house . The first train station to The Cinque Terre is at three kms.. In 1 hour, By train or By car (130kms) you can reach Pisa. Genoa, Lucca or Forte dei Marmi!Remember, IF YOU COME AFTER 8 p.m at CENTRAL or MIGLIARINA TRAIN STATION, you'll have to come BY TAXI, since there aren't train connections anymore.
We'd like our guests to be as respectful as they are at their own place. Smokers and animals are not admitted. Neighbours are very important and need respect too, so guests MUST AVOID ANY UNRESPECTFUL NOISE.
Litter must be separate into ORGANIC, PLASTIC and PAPER and thrown in the proper RECYCLING TRASH BINS beside the entrance door.
Empty BOTTLES or ANY KIND of GLASS MUST BE LEFT at home or thrown in the proper GREEN GLASS CONTAINERS a hundred meters from home. DO NOT THROW ANY GLASS in the trash CONTAINERS in front of the entrance door,
