Introducing one of the most central and modern holiday houses in Heathcote. Modern and contemporary, this newly built property exudes style with quality fittings and furnishings throughout. Located just a 6 minute drive to Heathcote and a 2 minute drive to Lake Eppalock, the house is available to rent with either 1 bedroom or with 2 to 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people.

Comprising a total of 4 bedrooms – the Main Bedroom with a queen sized bed and a spa in the ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, the 3rd with a double bed and the 4th with bunk beds. The house has 2 bathrooms, the main with a spa and shower and the 2nd with a bath and shower. The living area is open plan to a modern european kitchen and dining area with doors leading to an alfresco with views overlooking Lake Eppalock and the nearby hills.

Reverse Cycle A/C Heating, DVD Player, Alfresco Area, Full Kitchen including Dishwasher, Full Laundry including Washer/Dryer, 2 Lounges, Non Smoking House, 2 LCD TV's, Foxtel.

WiFi is available on a daily basis and is an extra cost. Please let us know if this is required and we will add this to your invoice.

The keysafe passcode will be sent 24 hours before checkin. The key safe is just under the letterbox at the entrance gates. The address is 753 Mia Mia Derrinal Rd, Derrinal however on the black iron entrance gates it has Lot 2. The entrance also has a stained high timber fence. We are right next to a white timber small cottage/house. This will all make sense when you are driving down Mia Mia Derrinal Rd. We are approximately a 6 min drive from Heathcote Town Centre. Any further questions, just ask. Just a small thing... Please do not attempt to pat or feed the horses. Do not make any loud noises around the horses. All fences are electric. Tank water in use so might be best to bring bottled water with you to drink. I have some at the house and bottles can be bought from IGA in Heathcote Town Centre. Checkin is after 2pm and checkout is at 10am. Wifi is an optional extra.

Nice place for a stay in this great wine district, a fair way from any towns though. Mind the electric fence. One of our girls touched it without knowing it was electrified.

It is important for all guests to read the house rules and any communication sent between host and guest, both provid warnings about staying on our farm that do need to be read, understood and adhered to by all guests. The accommodation as stated in the listing is a quiet farm stay on 100 acres with Lake Eppalock views and centrally located to explore the district and is a 6 min drive from Heathcote Town Centre. You were fantastic guests and welcome back anytime however if our accommodation didn't suit your requirements we are more than happy to help you possibly find accommodation closer to town on your next visit to this great district.

We loved the location of the house, it was very quite. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great family holiday with 6 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant we had plenty of space.
