I was not "over-booked" as such. For the first time ever I was accommodating a womans' retreat in the pool room and alcove. The only problem that occurred in the planning is none of the women wanted a man in close vicinity hearing every word said, so I quickly moved Jeff to the desk in your room so he could continue composing and (Website hidden by Airbnb) is interesting to learn after the fact that you would have preferred to have your privacy right away. Of course, if I had known you were perturbed, I could have moved Jeff to the another area, either the guesthouse or even the dining table. You seemed to be okay with the two hr. wait because you chose to go to Cold Spring Tavern. Of course there is no "peace" and no place to "relax" at Cold Spring Tavern so that statement is rather odd.
You did not indicate in any way whatsoever your dissatisfaction. I thought a guy like you would certainly feel confidant enough in yourself to allow you to speak up right away. Keep in mind, we had plenty of other choices on this five acre property to do anything and everything. Also, know most of the guests who arrive here do exactly what you did, head to Cold Spring for food and music, so basically the guests merely find this property during daylight, check in, then head on out immediately for all the fun and entertainment to be discovered in Santa Barbara.
Most guests also know we only had nine inches of rain this past year, thus making water problems for everyone. That's why we are in the water-saving mode.
You mention hairs on the walls. Where were they? Bedroom, bathroom, black hairs? What makes sense is to show me while you are still here. I am dog-sitting a part black retriever for a while. So honestly, I don't know what/where you are talking about.
