Hi Houston, I’m sorry your experience wasn’t as anticipated.
I have had many positive comments about the place and always try address any concerns / comments left by guests in Airbnb’s private forum.
The toilet paper, I agree, was an oversight but we did deliver more when notified by you. The towel rack has fallen off in the past and has been repaired but apparently it needs a little more attention so it doesn’t continue to do so. I will endeavour to fix it properly.
If guests leave extra food (cans or non-perishables) in the pantry I generally don’t discard them, all other food is disposed of. I have again, received positive comments from appreciative guests. However, I will review this policy and make any necessary changes, although I do feel this is in keeping with the spirit of sharing.
I have professional cleaners that do excellent work in keeping the place tidy and clean (based on my review and guest comments) but will ask them to be more on the lookout for any items that may be out of place.
