The condo, located in Marina, has all conveniences: flat screen TV, Satellite, WiFi, modern kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The rooms are bright with added windows and French doors and there is dedicated parking. It is 10 meters from the Malecon where you can walk to town along the bay.
The apartment is about six hundred and fifty square feet (sixty five sq meters) and is an excellent space for one or two people with all conveniences, as well as good internet and satellite TV. You can access the roof space via a private ladder from the apartment service area for a marina view and beautiful Sea of Cortez sunsets! The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and the living room sofa is a queen sized hide-a-bed, adequate for additional guests for a short stay (there is not a lot of extra space when the sofa bed is open). The coffee table converts to a desk if required.
Zugang für Gäste
The apartment is on the top (third) floor so there are two flight of steps to go up. There are nine condos in the building and you have easy access to the slips and boats as well as two restaurants. You may have access, if you wish, to a pool that is located at another condo building, where I live, which is about 100 meters away. There is private ladder access from the condo to the roof so, if you want to climb it you can have a cocktail overlooking the marina and all of La Paz!
Interaktion mit Gästen
I enjoy interacting with guests when I am in town. My friend Lupita is normally available to assist you in any way you wish and socialize with you also. We are happy to offer restaurant suggestions etc.
Weitere wichtige Infos
There is dedicated parking right in front of the building. A car is a good idea if you really want to get to other towns but most of La Paz is within walking distance. The Malecon, along the bay, is very safe and people are jogging on it all hours of the day or night. Families with young children are also strolling most of the time. La Paz is not Cabo... No one will try to sell you a time share or drag you into a restaurant. There are however, several bars on the Malecon in the center of town, many with outside seating. Patrons are always respectful and self controlled.

Semi retired from the business jet world. Still flying small jets, airplanes and helicopters. I split my time between California and La Paz in Baja California. I was born in England, raised in NY and lived in London and worked in Europe, Middle East and Africa for ten years as an adult. As a pilot, and a representative of a business jet manufacturer I have naturally visited many (unusual) places.
