Small cosy bedroom with bookshelves and a chest of drawers/pull-out desk and hangers. Victorian bay fronted terraced house in a tree-lined avenue in Pontcanna (sometimes described as the Chelsea of Cardiff), it's not a show home, we have a lot of original features, fire places, wooden and tiled floors, a lived in family home, showing some wear and tear, - an old house is always a work in progress!

We are in a perfect location for events at the Millennium Stadium (now called The Principality Stadium), the Swalec Stadium and the Millennium Centre etc. (see the many photos about places near us) The area of Pontcanna has a 'village' feel, there are several cafes, pubs and restaurants, a post office and local shops and is adjacent to large areas of parkland. We are very close to Chapter Arts Centre (10 min. walk), Llandaff Cathedral, Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Metropolitan University, Sophia Gardens, Swalec Cricket, National Sports Centre for Wales and Cardiff City Football stadium and the Athletics Stadium.
The WiFi is turned off at night, from about 10:30pm until 7am.
Please note: we prefer guests to be home no later than around 11.30 - 12pm and definitely not to be drunk! If you are planning to come back later, please let us know in advance.
We expect our guests to be friendly, considerate and respect us and our home. Although we don't mind people having a drink, - if you are planning to go drinking / clubbing and coming back after midnight, waking up the whole house, then this place is not for you! (speaking from experience!). We don't offer breakfast as there are several cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Check out time is 10am. Please let us know when you leave and don't forget to hand back our key.
