Firstly, Maxsim was great, both before and during our stay!
We stayed in the main home - it was well furnished and beautiful, the neighborhood is gated and we felt safe walking to the pool and clubhouse.
We greatly appreciated having Wifi (one of our requirements when we were deciding on where to stay) and it was very fast.
Maxsim was contactable during our extire stay and responded almost immediately to any question or request, as he had done before we arrived. He checked with us now and then to be sure that our needs were being met.
We took a few overnight trips to other places around Kenya during the 2 weeks and took quite a few day trips so we did not employ the housekeeper, Jerida. However, whenever we saw her, she was friendly.
The house driver, Peter, reliably picked us up on time from the airport when we arrived (this was one of our requirements when we were deciding on a place to stay, since our flight arrived very late in the evening at JKIA, and the house location is far, not in central Nairobi). He very much appreciated that he helped us to obtain a Kenyan sim and exchange some money at the airport.
We had some family members join us on our various overnight and day trips and so we rented an 8 seater van with a driver instead of using the available vehicles and house driver.
Some family visited us at the house one evening and they were able to use Uber just before midnight for a reasonable price to get back to central Nairobi.
For supplies like food and other essentials, a new shop, that is closer to the house than Ridgeways, opened during our stay - it is very nice and is open relatively early until late and you can but pre-cooked food there. It was convenient to stop at on the way to/from the house (although it is not a short walk).
Maxsim provided drinking water (big bottles) and basic supplies (dish washing liquid, toilet paper, etc). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.
Overall, our experience was excellent. I recommend Maxsim and his home highly.
